Centrally located to enjoy everything Phoenix has to offer. This two bedroom two bathroom condo with a nice view of Camelback Mountain has been tastefully decorated for your comfort.
A queen size pillow top mattress in the master and queen size pillow top mattress in the second bedroom ensure that up to four people can rest comfortably. An entertainment center with a High Definition TV can be found in the living room with cable TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom features a spacious closet, en suite with double sinks, soaker tub and shower. The second bedroom is well equipped with two nightstands and a dresser. Full linens and towels are also provided. The second four piece bathroom is conveniently located for the other bedroom to use.
The open kitchen layout is fully equipped and features newer appliances including a stainless steel upright fridge with a water & ice dispenser, electric cook-top stove, oven and dishwasher. An in suite laundry with a front loading washer and dryer are conveniently located in this condo. Relax after a long day out in the spacious living room with an entertainment center featuring an HDTV with Cable, DVD Player and wireless internet. The living room opens onto the private balcony to enjoy Arizona’s sunsets or just to relax. A covered car spot is also included which keeps your vehicle cool from the outdoor heat.
The complex features a pool with plenty of space to lounge around and catch some rays, or soak in the spa under the stars at night. Give yourself a great workout in the well equipped fitness center or enjoy a night out on with restaurants and nightlife just a few miles away.
This community is conveniently located close to Downtown Phoenix and the Biltmore district which is great for shopping, great restaurants, golfing and entertainment. Also nearby are the AZ-51 and Loop 101 highways system gives you quick access to many places nearby including Westgate (where the football and hockey are located), Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, Tempe Marketplace and much more. If you prefer not to drive, the Light Rail is only 1 mile away which can take you into Downtown Phoenix all the way to Mesa! Arizona also offers Baseball and Basketball to satisfy the sports fanatic in your family.
If golf is what you’re after, look no further! There are 4 amazing golf courses including Phoenix Country Club, Papago, Arizona Biltmore, and Ingleside as well as many others not too far away.
Shopping, entertainment and dining out are convenient at the nearby Biltmore Square just a few minutes from the condo. A short drive to Old Town Scottsdale will open you up to nightlife fine dining and the famous Fashion Square Mall.
We arrived not knowing what to expect and was what we saw online, the complex was very nice, gated, clean, 4 star .The property manager was helpful with any questions. We went to our condo with elevator if "needed" to check it out and it was bigger then we expected with a large kitchen, 2 full baths, good size bedrooms, living area and a nice patio to watch the evening sunsets, I took nice photos.
We were close to the main streets & Downtown and exit highways. We had a map and toured around Phoenix, Scottsdale & Mesa and to the dessert with no problems. I definately recommend a rent a car even to go to grocery / liquor store or to the malls. Check out the Music Instrument Museum, Tortilla Flats & Saloon (Elvis western movies were made near there) see Canyon Lake with a beach, South Point look-out, The Blues Club- "Chars", Rhythm Room to dance, shop at the Mexican Market for a different experience, Great flavored Pizza at "Oreganos". Over all it was a great hoilday and we met other new friends & Canadians at the pool side and hot-tub. We would return again.
This is a nice complex, unfortunately it is surrounded by a very seedy neighborhood. This unit is located in a building at the far end of the complex, overlooking the neighborhood, which with barking dogs, fighting cats, all night drinking in the parking lot across the street made sleeping nearly impossible. The pool is not heated and the hot-tub was not working. The unit is 2 bedrooms, too bad the master had no dresser for folded clothes, the second bedroom, small has no closet to hang clothing. The unit is not comfortable for two adult couples. This is an area where we would not dare walk out of the complex.
We had a great stay with our pre-teen son. October was great for playing basketball and volleyball in the nearby Steele Indian School Park which also has paths for walking, jogging and skateboarding . We also tried fishing in the park's lake. There is inexpensive golf abundance everywhere which we enjoyed very much. We loved to eat at Culver's for good fast food, Oregano's for Italian and Appleby's for steak all on Camelback Road. We also recommend Rustler's Roost for full cowboy experience.
The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and very quiet that we did not expect in the big city so we got all the rest we needed.
We certainly will be back!
Instead of staying at the Ritz Carlton where my husband and brother-in-law were attending a conference we chose to stay at 900 Devonshire. It met our needs as we were not looking for "deluxe" and knew most of our free time would be spent exploring the area. The beds were comfortable, condo clean, pool and fitness area uninhabited, and a central location for traveling to activities. We did not feel comfortable walking outside of the complex, but felt very safe around the grounds and were the only people sitting around the pool most of the time. Enjoyed shopping at the Biltmore District. Had some great meals at Hillstone Restaurant, Macayas (Mexican) Zinburger, Roaring Fork, and Rustlers Rooste for a great view and cowboy cuisine. Favorite hiking area McDowell Sonoran Preserve Trails.
My family had a wonderful time visiting friends in Phoenix and it was mostly because of this condo. We were so comfortable in the condo, especially with our 2 small children staying here. Everything was clean, as described, convenient, and the owners were super friendly. On top of that, the value of the condo was extremely competitive in comparison to other similar units. If visiting Phoenix, I will definitely recommend renting this place.
We had a very good stay there with our kids. The condo is in impeccable condition with all new sheets and linen, very clean , like new. All appliances and cabinets are like new. It is tastefully decorated with big flat screen TV and very comfortable beds. We made many friends at the gym , swimming pool and hot tub. We had a short drive from the airport. Scottsdale, restaurants and all shopping and golf courses are nearby. The ZOO, all museums, theatres are all in close proximity. The carport for our car was just across from the elevator. We had a great stay in Phoenix and the condo lived up to our expectations and more.

Positinos wine bar on Central is one of our favorite places to enjoy a bottle of wine and bruscetta. This condo is very close to Downtown Phoenix including US Airways center (home of the Phoenix Suns basketball team) and Chase Field (home of the Phoenix Diamondbacks baseball team) as well as shopping, restaurants and nightlife. You are only a 10 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale as well! Centrally located to all major highways and Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.
