Situated just 3-5 min walk to the centre of lovely village of Alacati where you will find the local markets, variety of good bars and restaurants.
This is a beautiful villa with a peaceful location in a quiet residential area. Actually we have 2 comfortably decorated stone villas in the same residency; they both are nicely decorated and fully equipped.
Old Greek village of Alacati with it's narrow roads, authentic architecture, stone houses, cafes and restaurants is a place must be visited and your villa is just in the heart of this charming village. You will have many choices for the very long white sandy beaches, they all will be at 3 to 20 min short drive distance. (Alacati, Ilica, Cesme beaches and many others). The kitchen, dining and living room are airy and open planned. The villa accommodates 4 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (+ living room of course)..
Satalite TV & high speed internet access are supplied in the villas.

"Beautiful, cool stone house, with loads of room for 6 people. Even when it was baking hot outside it was cool inside, with the sole exception of the smallest room during the day, solved by turning the fan on! The lush green lawn and deep pool were lovely and reality added to the relaxed atmosphere. We were there to attend a wedding at the Solto hotel which is fab, but I much preferred staying in this. Large supermarket located conveniently five minutes away, as is a bus stop and taxi point. The village is a further five minutes walk, where there are loads if good restaurants and bars as well as shops which while touristy does not feel commercial and the whole place has a charming feel to it. (we went in Sept) the Saturday market was definitely worth a little exploring with its colourful veg and fruit displays. If you are lucky enough to visit, you must try the peaches and the green figs which are just lush! Another thing to try is the windsurfing, you will need to take a taxi over to the beach which is about 20tl (or you can bus it, but if there are a few if you then taxi is the same) which is awesome. Bear in mind winds seem to favour beginners in the afternoon rather than morning. I had an excellent 2hr lesson with Derya at active-surf.com but there are quite a few operators in the area. Ozlem is a star, she was super helpful arranging transport to and from the airport despite the difficult times and multiple trips, as well as being generally helpful with telling us about the area. It just made things really easy for us. Thanks so much for a great stay! I would definitely go back given the opportunity."

The villa situated in a community of villas sharing a community well kept garden and well maintained swimming pool. You are some distance for main supermarkets but there are sufficient shops within walking distance but I recommend a car as it is a bit hilly and will give you freedom of accessing beaches and eating places .the food is always very good. We spend a month yearly for the last 5 years and we just love it to be here. The villa is well equipped with private and common garden. The BBQ is also nice way to enjoy the dinners with friends.
Overall the villa is well maintained with clean pool and beautiful gardens. The hosts(Ozlem and Nihan) are attentive but not intrusive. They are always on hand to help and support with any problems that may crop up. Honestly for the next few years we wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
Great villa in an amazing town. Ozlem, the owner, was incredibly helpful before and during the holiday with helping us with arrangements and the best places to see and eat during our stay. Highly recommeded!
My partner and I stayed at this wonderful villa for a week , arriving late april. The villa was equipped with everything you could need. It was very clean and was like living in your own home. The owners are fantastic and are so helpful. The pool and garden area are delightful. The villa is around 5 min's walk from Alcati old town and there is a bus stop at the end of the road that will take you into Cesme (so it is ideally situated). There is also a small supermarket at the end of the road (2 minute walk) on the left that will cater for anything you need during your stay. The property is great value considering its location and how lovely it is. I would have NO hesitation in recommending the villa. Happy holidays!.
We stayed at the Alacati Villa in October-November 2011 - I came over fro the stats and my family visited from the USSR. The villas are beautifully build three bedrooms with large open space in living room. The villas are fully furnished and kitchens are equipped well for cooking. They are well located vis-a-vis the rest of the town, though we still found having a rental car to be useful Ozlem, who owns and manages these properties, is a wonderful host. She was EXTREMELY helpful throughout - in deciding what we needed, in helping set up travel arrangements for pick up from the airport, and in helping us navigate around the area and the city of Izmir. We are very grateful.
We had a great holiday in Alacati and in this great villa. The owner is so helpful during our booking process and while we were staying in the villa too.
The location is suberb as it is very close to local shops and restaurants also Alacati town centre. If you don 't want to drive , you can take a minibus to nice beaches or windsurfing areas for 10 minutes. It is 45 minutes away from Izmir Airport which is very convenient.
It was quite and clean also neighbours are so friendly so we have already started to think about our next summer holiday in Alacati.
It was a lovely holiday.
10 mins to the Sea, 45 mins to Izmir, 1.5 h drive away from Ephesus, Bergama & Virgin Mary's house, Alacati is a very charming town located on the Cesme peninsular on Turkey's beautiful Aegean coast. Overlooked by a row of stone windmills, the town's cobbled streets are lined with stone houses, shops and tavernas, open-air cafes and very charming restaurants. The shops sell local crafts, jewellery and antiques. Alacati Bay has become Turkey's top wind-sport location thanks to it's protected, shallow water and strong, reliable wind. It is an established destination for kite-boarders and windsurfers from across Europe and a venue for international competitions, which attract thousands of spectators each summer. There are many interesting sights and great beaches in the area and plenty of other things to do. At night, there are nightspots to suit all tastes, from friendly tavernas to slick cocktail bars, with a selection of nightclubs and beach bars open until dawn nearby. In summer, Alacati is popular with Turkish & now getting to be known internationally.
If your understanding of an 'amazing visit' is to swim and do all kinds of water sports, or just relax strolling around in the old vineyards, or walk around on the shining cobble stones and discover a surprise around every corner of an old town, or talk to the locals, or even sit in an old coffee house to read your favorite book or daily paper, then Alaçati is definitely for you.
Windurfing & Many other activities
Located on Cesme Peninsula, opposite the Greek island Chios, Alacati is the perfect surf spot in the Turkish Aegean Sea. Who doesn't dream of racing over flat, turquoise water with constant wind?
This is a great place for windsurfing especially for those who are beginners or brushing up on their technique.
Izmir is only couple of hours flight away, and the transfer to Alacati only takes one hour.
Alacati is known as the 'St. Tropez of Turkey' and its' historical town with numerous cafés and terraces is very appealing. In nearby Cesme, several shops and boutiques invite you to shop to your hearts content!
Why not take a relaxing hot bath in thermal springs after an exhausting and busy day windsurfing?
Culture & Visit Historical Sites
In case the wind machine takes a break and you are interested in culture as well as sports, many famous places can be easily reached from here: The ancient ruins of Ephesus (site of one of the seven wonders of the ancient world), the hot springs of Pamukkale (hot springs, white calcium rocks, museum, carpets), Bergama (old Pergamum museum, historic site), Virgin Mary's house, the ruins of Hierapolis and strolling the seaside cafes of Izmir all nearby.
Cycling, diving, fishing, windsurfing, and bird-watching also are some of the activities you could do in the area.
The area between Izmir and Cesme was declared a 'natural heritage region' in 1985, because of its importance as a vital stop for migratory birds. May is the best month for bird-watching.
