We didn't have a chance to say good bye in person but want to thank you for making our stay in Teton Village such an enjoyable one. We had never used VRBO before and were, frankly, a little skeptical. Your home exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to our enjoyment. We get together only a couple times a year as a family and the good memories from our stay will last a lifetime.
TV/JH has so much to offer and we find it very relaxing. It's certainly a welcome change versus summers in Phoenix/Scottsdale!
Have a great summer.
Upon arrive we were so pleased that were would be enjoying this house for a full week. This is an absolutely magnificent home, fantastic views and truly first-class amenities. No expense was spared in the design, furnishings or decor, as this home is an architectural gem, perfectly designed for a large family or group of friends. Everyone talked about how private and comfortable the bedrooms are. This is a skier or summer vacationeer's dream house! The living areas were spacious and comfortable, yet elegantly furnished and were a great place for everyone. The kids had a great place for playing games, watching movies, hanging out and getting away from the adults. The pictures don't do the house justice. It's much larger than expected, yet every space was cozy. It was so wonderful sitting by the wood fireplace in the kitchen. Wish I had one. Also, the house was spotless! We were very satisfied with the amenities and locations too. So close to all that Teton Village offers, but private and away from it all. Everyone came and went as they wished. You couldn't ask for a better stocked kitchen. We would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
My daughter got married last week in JH and the house was perfect to host a pre-wedding party and for the ladies in the bridal party and the bride to get dressed and hair and makeup on the day of the wedding. The owner of the house was so helpful before the wedding receiving our deliveries. The house has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The photographer was able to photograph the bride and bridal party in the house and outside.
We were a group of 9 guys looking for a place for our annual ski trip and this home truly did not disappoint. The home is actually more beautiful in person. We were a short walk to the Union Pass lift and to Teton Village. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy this wonderful property and the kitchen was the best equipped vacation home kitchen I have ever seen. Miracles was an excellent host and the one small problem we had, (empty propane tank for grill) was resolved quickly with one phone call. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Miracles!
RUSTICALLY ELEGANT! This beautiful "log castle in the mountains" was the perfect environment for our 50th wedding celebration as 16 members of our family gathered from FL, GA, and AL. From ages 4-73, including a fiancé and lots of teenagers, we entered this luxury cabin with squeals of delight and eyes wide with excited surprise! Even the adults found themselves moving as quickly as the kids, from room to room, trying to take in the comfort, beauty, and entertainment options.
The young people felt they could just live in the gorgeous, huge master bathrooms, complete with TV's and washer-dryers on each floor; my husband immediately claimed the private study, happily surrounded by books and computer; the teens staked out the family room (with a closet filled with entertainment options) and stretched out on the comfy sofas as the guys put their bags in their boy's den (room with 4 beds): the four adult couples each had a luxurious master suite or a private quiet bedroom, that blocked ALL SOUNDS and included TV's and 3 with fireplaces! The four year old discovered a LARGE empty closet/storage area with a private door and a light inside which quickly became his "secret cave" and led to numerous adventures involving any willing participant. And the kitchen...WOW...fully equipped for any planned meal or celebration! We always managed seating for all 16 of us as we moved into our family circle for sharing and laughter in the evenings.
One of the greatest assets for our family was that this relaxing, comfortable home offered individuals the opportunities to have private, quiet, reflective times, as well as the fun opportunities of being all together ;while exerting great enthusiasm with competitive games! A real highlight was getting to make a new friend in Miracles, the warm, caring owner of this impressive log mansion. The spectacular home made a dream of 53 years come true for me...to return to the area where I worked as a college student and share the beauty and majesty of The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone...with my children and my grandchildren.
With the adventures of rafting, paragliding, meeting a bear face to face on a long hike (keep that bear spray handy, even if you don't need it), rodeo, chuckwagon dinner and building family memories of a lifetime, Miracles provided the perfect spot to make it all happen. Every family member hopes to return some day to this same home and continue with our memory making
We had a great stay at this home in March, 2013. This brand new home has everything you need for spending nights in the house with family and friends - tons of entertainment options, a fully stocked kitchen to cook most anything, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. We would definitely go back and stay again!
The listing photos were wonderful , but the reality was even better. One can't imagine the spaciousness until you walk in the door. We loved the "castle in the woods" where the house design has bedrooms separate from the living area. The bedroom suites were comfortable with plush mattresses. We all slept well. The kitchen was well appointed with amenities such as a huge rack of spices, dining and serving pieces, great roasting pan for the turkey and a restaurant style waffle iron. The dining room table sits 8 so was perfect for family meals. We had such fun in your gourmet kitchen that we never went out for dinner! Thanks for a beautiful setting for a family Christmas and ski vacation.
