Veronica Gentili purchased this apartment in 2011
I love living in Prati area with its easy access to Central Rome and I think its a great base for an interesting and varied holiday.
Some of the benefits of this property are easy access to Central Rome, riverside walks, fantastic local history with St. Peter's on the doorstep, great local stores, ect.
I was with a group of five and we had a wonderful time. The Penthouse was exactly as presented. Very comfortable and it had all of the amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The upstairs didn't get as cold as the downstairs, but my teens didn't complain. The only thing we had any problems with were the restaurants. I'm sure there were many wonderful and delicious places to eat, we just couldn't find them. The one exception to this was the restaurant right downstairs. It was more for breakfast and lunch than dinner, but very good. Giuseppe, the owner, was very nice and the property manager was right there in case there were any problems, which there weren't. The neighborhood was clean and safe and they even had Netflix!! I would definitely stay there again .
Perfect! Location was great and the property was better than the pictures!
This apartment located near the Vatican was perfect for our group of five. the neighborhood was great for groceries and restaurants. We were very comfortable, the air conditioners in each room worked well. We hope to return!
This flat was perfect for us. We were six travelers, and there was plenty of "space" to relax, sit out on the terrace or read on a comfortable couch. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of great restaurants nearby without the bustle of downtown. It is in an easy location from which to embark on any tour. The owner and the manager were of great assistance down to the last detail. I would not hesitate to go back, and we are already planning it!
Ciao!
I was moved into this flat when the one I originally rented (in a different location entirely) had maintenance issues that couldn't be fixed. I loved, loved, loved this place! There is so much natural light, and it was wonderful to sit on the large wrap-around terrace sipping a cappuccino from Il Gianfornaio on the ground floor. The terrace view is especially beautiful at sunset. The beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. There was a large TV that had Netflix, which we enjoyed. The location seemed quiet for sleeping, but easy to get to a taxi stand or walk wherever you wanted to go. It was a nice area to walk around - shopping, restaurants, piazza, pharmacy and river nearby. I think this would also be a good choice if you had a couple kids along, because of the spaciousness, the terrace, the TV, the upstairs they can sleep in. The only surprise was that I had to go quickly buy toilet paper and paper towels when I got there.
The manager also provided a way for us to order a limo to the airport for our very early flight home, and that worked out great and we didn't have to worry about finding a taxi in the wee hours.
Lovely apartment with lots of windows and light. The terrace was nice to sit out on and enjoy a glass of wine and the view.
The place was clean and perfect for the 5 of us.
We had booked the Vatican tour online and it was a short walk to the entrance. And after we walked to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. After dinner we walked home. Great location.
Very quiet in the evening for sleeping.
We had a minor problem and our host fixed the problem. We felt taken care of. Thank you. We will definitely recommend your place.
And we would love to come back.
