Updated 4 bedroom house , wood vaulted ceiling with accent lighting, 1 full bath with jacuzi, and gorgeous kitchen including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove and granite counters. Sit back and relax watching the 55" flat screen on the wall or take a 4 minute walk to the sandy beach. There are 4 bedrooms, two with Queen Size beds, one with two Twin beds, and the other with a full size. There is also one sleep sofa in the family room. French doors lead to a nice deck out back. We can accommodate 2 midsize vehicles with additional public street parking. Enjoy the shared backyard for those big barbecues. We want your vacation to be as comfy as home!

2018 Improvements: Black out blinds installed in bedrooms, New umbrella, some rob hooks installed in bedrooms!

The rental was exactly as advertised. Recently renovated. Clean. New mattresses; very comfortable. Good quality work and nice appliances. Two flat screen TVs, cable and fast wifi. The owners are accessible and easy to work with. Good location for walking to the boardwalk and ocean. Bring your own linens, towels, etc. Laundromat (clean) just around the corner: 2 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect!!

Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Excellent breakfast cafe, grocery store, and laundromat next door. Updated appliances, clean inside and out, two parking spaces, AC, internet, and our favorite .......a balcony with table and chairs. A fantastic time was had by all!! I would recommend this rental to any family looking for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice, newly renovated property.

The house is newly renovated and very clean. If you come back from the beach and want to relax, there is plenty of seating in the main area and the TV has all the channels that you would want to watch. Kitchen is stocked and you really don't need to bring anything.

Parking is on the side of the house and is nice for two cars. Parking at Hampton Beach is generally difficult so this was really good. In front of the cars there is a hose on the side of the house that was useful for washing out beach sand.

In the back there are actually 3 propane grills. The grills are are pretty new and we grilled 2 - 3 times during the week.

Very clean! Easy & short walk to beach! For Hampton Beach, it's the best spot before insane crowd.

We honestly loved our stay. We were very, very pleased with the place. So nice and updated.

Wishes: wished there was an outside shower, wished there was a vacuum (sheerly b/c it's way easier to keep the floors maintained with sand from the beaches, etc...).

Being non-smokers, we wished there was way less surrounding cigarette smoke - it was coming from all sides of the house by the surrounding cottages. And, it was as though smoking has been done in the home. We don't know if that's the case or it's because that's just how much smoking we were surrounded by. There was an over all scent within the home, even though it's 'non-smoking'. It was literally our only concern with the place.

We truly were very happy and think it was a fabulous cottage!

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Glad you enjoyed the house, sorry there was an overall scent of "smoke". All of our rental properties are non smoking, and although we do not live onsite to monitor, we trust our customers are following the rules. We can't control smoking from surrounding cottages or even within our own property as long as it's outside. We will take the other comments into consideration, we have already installed an outside hose to help wash off the sand. We hope you will join us again in the future. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Very clean and modern but not that friendly!

Stayed here with a group of 6 for our annual girls trip to the Seafood Festival. Accommodations were very comfortable and all of the appliances were very nice and new. Just a quick walk to the beach with a great coffee shop and convenience store right next door. A few suggestions on how to make this place even better:

- Install hooks behind each bedroom door to hang personal towels to dry

- Install blackout shades or blinds in all bedrooms especially those with direct am sun (rear bedroom near patio)

- Fix the umbrella on the patio

- Include directions or make a sign on how to turn on the shower

- Be friendlier! We didn't feel that welcome with the owners being so close - we felt like we were being watched the entire time and also heard some rude comments along the way!! We've been renting here every year for the last 10 years and we've never felt this way before :(
