There are a further 2 patio chairs.

There is a portable barbecue on the private patio.

Furniture/fittings, linen and towels are all new.

Spanish digital terrestrial, freeview satellite TV providing programs in several languages, DVD player with a selection of films and wireless broadband included.

About the property

Los Olivos

This is a recently built property on a 17000 square metre plot surrounded by olive trees with 360 degrees views of surrounding mountains & valleys. Split into 3 self contained apartments - 1 three bedroom (sleeps 6) and 2 two bedroom (each sleeps 4). The apartments can be rented separately or are also ideal for groups of friends/family who want to holiday together and have their own private accommodation. Access to the property is through a gated entrance leading to parking for several cars. There is then a flight of 8 steps up to the apartments and pool area. The three apartments have their own 'naya' (veranda) and a patio with a pathway to the pool area. All apartments are furnished in a similar design and quality. The pool is 12 x 6 metre, each end has access steps and is approx.1 metre deep with the middle being 1.80 metre deep. Surrounding the pool is a 200 sq.m terrace which is gated and fenced. The pool, terraces and gardens are continually maintained.

Activities: The villa is at the base of the Sierra Bernia mountains, ideally suited for persons who enjoy walking, climbing and cycling, There are many opportunities for both the lazy and the adventurous walker, you can take the track from the villa up to the mountain village of Pinos and enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants and the panoramic view of the coast. Also you can walk to the top of the Penon de Ifach in Calpe. Worth taking a drive to are the vineyards and bodegas of the Jalon Valley where you will get some fantastic wine bargains. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea, Denia and Benissa are a must - as is the beautifully preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains. Also visit the waterfalls of Bolullla, caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. Les Basetes just outside Calpe provide water sports facilities - especially scuba diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing and wind surfing.

Entertainment: For the younger generation there are the theme parks in Benidorm - the Disney style Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palance and the Casino Mediterraneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed.

Places to Eat: Within five minutes from the villa is the highly regarded Casa del Maco restaurant which has an international menu. Both Calpe and Benissa have a wealth of restaurants to satisfy tastes of all nationalities, the local sea-food at Calpe’s fishing port is extremely popular. Other nearby villages of Jalon and Pinos have many restaurants specializing in spanish and international dishes.

Golf: There are many excellent courses within an hours drive from the villa. Nearby are the 9 hole courses of Benissa Ifach, Alfas del Pi Alenda, Altea Don Cayo and Javea. Further afield is the 18 hole championship course at Real de Faula Benidorm designed by Nicklaus, the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova and the Olazabal designed course at La Sella.

We had a amazing time staying in number 2 villa. The pictures don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean inside and all around the pool and grounds. The owners but so much effort in to making it so and were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recomend staying here and we will 100% return. Thank you

When I arrived I had a lovely reception from the owner Peter who showed me the villa.

I can't even explain how perfect it was? The apartment was spotless I felt at home straight away.

The resort was well maintained it was quiet peaceful and I have to say the best holiday by far and nothing was to much for the owner if there was any questions.

Also there is a wash room facility which was handy.

I have already booked my next holiday For 2016 and can't wait for a nice relax again.

I would recommend going there if you want peace and quiet and perfect location for sight seeing and the beach is not far away or the shops.

Very friendly and most certainly higher than a 5 star in my eyes

Excellent accommodation and pool

The property was immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable for 4 people. The owner lives on site and he is very meticulous with the maintenance of the properties, the pool and grounds. The pool was fantastic, shallow at both ends which was perfect for our children. The location was lovely, set in a rural position in the mountains so it was very quiet but was also only a short drive to restaurants and beaches. We had a fabulous, relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend this to other families. Having access to WiFi was a real bonus!

Bellissima villa in collina

Siamo tornati ieri da una bella vacanza distensiva a los olivos.

Peter ed Angela sono due persone squisite e abitando li' sono pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Alloggio ampio spazioso nuovo con ampio dehore e piscina privata di ben 16 metri, tutta per voi.

Necessaria macchina perche si trova nella collina vicino a calpe, seguite le istruzioni dettagliate, meglio se si ha il navigatore.

consigliatissimo per famiglie e per chi cerca la tranquillita' e le comodita'.

Apartamento perfecto para 4 personas, super limpio y espacioso, además de muy cuidado (todo parece practicamente nuevo). Una terraza perfecta para comer, descansar, tomar el fresco por la noche, etc...La propiedad se encuentra en un entorno rural super tranquilo, no se escucha absolutamente nada, más allá de las chicharras, pudiendo acercarte a los pueblos y playas de la zona en apenas 15 minutos de coche. Piscina muy limpia y equipada con hamacas practicamente nuevas, muy soleada durante todo el dia, y en la que unicamente acceden los inquilinos de los tres apatamentos de los que dispone la finca, así que está practicamente vacia todo el tiempo. El propietario vive en la misma finca, justo debajo del apartamento, es de lo mas profesional que he encontrado en este tipo de páginas de alquiler, muy cumplidor y muy agradable. En definitiva, un apartamento muy recomendable, estancia altamente gratificante, te sientes cómodo desde el primer minuto. Por destacar algo en negativo, diria que quizá le faltaria aire acondicionado a los apartamentos, así la nota seria de super 10, aún asi, se puede pasar sin él, al menos los dias en los que hemos estado nosotros, por todo lo demás, lo dicho, practicamente perfecto.

Superbe location

Séjour en famille très agréable, au calme.

Superbe propriété très bien entretenue, entourée d'oliviers et d'amandiers. A 1/4 d'heure environ de la mer et des commerces.

Appartement pour 4 spacieux et bien aménagé. Décoré avec goût.

Draps, serviettes de toilettes, torchons fournis ce qui est bien appréciable.

Grande terrasse couverte avec barbecue.

Grande piscine avec transats avec une très belle vue.

Région touristique. De belles criques pour faire de la plongée ou du masque tuba.

Parcs d'attraction et aquatiques vers Benidorm.

Les propriétaires Angela et Peter sont charmants.

Je recommande vivement cette location.

Situated in the hamlet of Lleus between the towns of Calpe and Benissa in a beautiful and exclusive area now designated 'zona verde' with no further building allowed. At the foothills of the Sierra Bernia mountains, it is Ideal for those wanting peace and quiet... and no crowds of people. All amenities are only a 10 minute drive away on country roads to the coastal town of Calpe with its sandy beaches. Calpe has an old working fishing port at the base of the Penon (Rock) de Ifach. The Penon and salt flats aredesignated a national park with unique vegetation, flamingos and a migrant bird population. The town offers a wide variety of shops, excellent restaurants, plenty of entertainment & sporting facilities. Two large ‘blue flag’ beaches are well maintained, the water is calm & shallow suitable for families. Nearby are several theme parks in Benidorm., typical old style buildings & narrow streets in Benissa and Altea, the wine ‘bodegas’ of Jalon & picturesque mountain village of Pinos.
