Great place to stay for families.
We enjoyed being in Frisco with easy access to Copper Mounyain for skiing. The condo is well kept and the owners are very helpful.
Thanksgiving ski trip
We very much enjoyed our stay. The three bedrooms had plenty of room for the 6 of us! The location in Frisco is very close to Main Street and we enjoyed morning walks on the nearby frisco trail. It was a quick drive to Copper Mountain each day. The rental was very clean and cozy.
Thanks for joining us! See you next time!
The rental had lots of room - 1600 square feet! The décor was nice and the unit looked as if it had been painted recently. We also liked that the upstairs had separate temperature controls for each bedroom and the hallway. We were quite comfortable.
Overall our stay was great. We did have a few issues. One, the kitchen had trash as you walked into the place, but our contact did have the cleaning team come out to clean up. This issue was related to a new washer and dryer being hooked up.
The house had a little bit of a smell, but we bought used the air freshener within the house to take the order away. There were also a few windows that would not close and made the room with the bunk beds pretty cool at night.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend those items be fixed.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We have extensively reviewed our options on how we will address this going forward. Henceforth, After any contractor is in the unit we will send a member of our cleaning team over to give the unit a once over and make sure it is perfect. The mechanism that operates the windows has also been fixed. As for the smell, we have determined it is due to the old carpets. They are scheduled to be replaced so our future guests will have the best possible experience in the home.
Amazing Location and Suitability
Josh was very easy to work with and available for any questions or needs we had. The location of the home is fantastic - proximity to Main St. makes for a very convenient stay. We were able to walk to many nearby restaurants and avoid having to find parking. We appreciated the affordability of the property, and were able to use what we saved in 'housing' to go out and spend in town! It was great to be able to take our furry child, its hard to find dog friendly even with a very well behaved trained dog! The reason this wasn't 5 stars is because its a dated, older home but that comes along with it being affordable, and renters should not have unrealistic expectations. I would recommend at some point new carpets but I can see why the owner may not want to invest in such at this time! Great stay!
Thank you for your comments! I am happy you enjoyed the location of the property and your vacation was delightful. We took your advice to heart and the carpets are going to be replaced very soon! Thanks! Josh
Great place and great location
We thoroughly enjoyed many days as this special property. The layout was very flexible, functional, and very comfortable. The location was perfect - close to everything, quiet, peaceful, and private. Josh was very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay again.
It was a pleasure having you and your family stay with us. I am glad that you would like to stay with us again, Summit County has so much to offer! See you next time!
