About Donna Newman
My name is Donna, and I am from the East Coast and work at a prestigious private high school. My husband, Mark, is a finish carpenter for one of Central New York’s premiere custom builders. We absolutely love to travel and use every bit of vacation time we can muster to do so. We feel our home is truly a gem and hope our visiting guests do so also.

Lovely home away from home
Donna did everything she could to make our short stay one to remember. We hope to return next year. Thank you so much for all your tips and hospitality.
Great experience! Property is lovely with so much outdoor space to enjoy! Hot tub was a great bonus to our weekend. Cottage has everything you need to make it a wonderful, comfortable stay. Hosts were super welcoming & friendly. Perfect spot for the relaxing weekend we envisioned. Thank you to our hosts; we hope to be back!
I had a wonderful five night stay at this adorable cottage when I was in town for business. It was so much more inviting than a hotel room, and I took advantage of the hot tub a few nights. The cottage came with every sort of toiletry needed and several breakfast options. Donna and Paul were terrific hosts!
New Years Eve Get away!
We had the most wonderful New Years Eve in recent memory. We desperately needed a get away from the holiday stress and Donna delivered in a big way! From the beginning Donna was there! Immediately we felt at ease with her quick and friendly responses to our initial inquiries. When we arrived it was no different! She made us feel valued and welcomed. Donna thought of everything from the fresh baked cookies, the blueberry stuffed french toast, the use of the garage, and the touches throughout the living space left no need unsatisfied. The hot tub was exquisite as the frozen air swirled above us! I'm sure we have left out other details but this property was beyond wonderful. We look forward to staying again and again!
It was such a pleasure hosting you two! Thank you for this wonderful review and be sure to come back this summer where the backyard is truly paradise.
Great getaway! (Yes, you can swim in 60 degrees)!
Exceptional getaway, and great hosts! They have thought of everything! :) Thanks so much for a relaxing weekend!
