Our second Luxury Log Cabin at Schroon Lake is our newest Log Cabin. It was completed for July 1, 2017, and our guests are loving it!! We are so grateful for the success of our 5 Star rated original Log Cabin at Schroon Lake (see Listing #234045), and we are excited to offer this brand new one as well. Log Cabin II is located just to the north overlooking the crystal clear, nine mile long Schroon Lake.
After your busy day, come home to the privacy of your own authentic Adirondack log cabin. Relax on the spacious deck overlooking six miles of the lake, or go up to the second story deck for another spectacular view. Sit and enjoy a cozy evening campfire, or head inside, kick back and get comfortable in this beautiful genuine log cabin. Enjoy the majestic natural stone fireplace, enjoy a movie in the loft or a game of ping pong, air hockey, or darts in the basement. Relax and Enjoy!!
There are so many things to do in Schroon Lake and the surrounding areas; Seagle Art Community, the beautiful Schroon Lake Public Beach, Schroon Lake Boathouse Concerts, Scaroon Manor State Park, Paradox Brewery Tour, Fort Ticonderoga, Lake George, and so much more.
FALL - Enjoy the amazing, vibrant fall foliage while relaxing on the Cabin decks or go for a hike on the many trails right near the Cabin.
WINTER - Skiing is great in the Eastern Adirondacks and the Schroon Lake Log Cabin II is right between two of the best ski centers in the east. Gore Mountain and Whiteface Mountain. Whiteface is a bit of a drive, but Gore is nearby. A beginner? Try FREE skiing with rope tow at the local Schroon Lake Golf Course. Enjoy skiing during the day and relaxing around the cozy fireplace at night. We will keep plenty of firewood on hand to keep your fire crackling.
Not a skier? Enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding or snowmobiling from the Cabin. Or, head to town and enjoy skating at the FREE rink. Ice fishing equipment is available upon request.
SPRING - Love to hike? Schroon Lake offers a wonderland of hiking trails. Easy: Hike around the wooded acres of the Cabin property or down to the lake. Moderate: Severance Mountain - 1.5 miles to a panoramic view at the top. Difficult: Pharoah Mountain - 2.5 miles to fire tower at top. More Difficult: Mount Marcy and other Adirondack High Peaks in the surrounding area.
