Finca La Campanita is a lovingly restored country house (originally from 1826) in a 1,200 sqm large, wild-romantic, almost secluded garden. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea and the famous Penón de Ifach rock. The approx. 140 square meter house is completely renovated and tastefully decorated in a country house style. Here have up to 6 People room

 (typically up to 4 adults and 2 children) to spend a dream holiday. Very nice also for a romantic couple vacation. and Honeymoon.

The house has 3 floors.

Lower level: 2 bedrooms (red and yellow) each with a French- Size bed (150x200cm) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub), as well as the pretty country kitchen with all amenities and the exit to the pool terrace - certainly the main place to stay.

Main level: main entrance, living room with fireplace, a 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa as well as the winter garden as a dining place for 6 persons. A few steps up to the upper level, the large living-bedroom with fireplace and large double bed (180x200 cm), small bathroom with sink and toilet, a beautiful round table or dining table with 4 chairs and the entrance to the roof terrace with table and 4 chairs and breathtaking views. Enjoy the peace on the comfortable sun loungers (6) on the large pool terrace, read a book under the pergola next to the pool or relax at the fountain or the other cozy shady places as well as the arbor in the garden.

In the 8x4m outdoor pool, which you can reach comfortably via stairs leading directly into the water, you can refresh yourself to the heart and have plenty of water fun throughout the day. Or just cool off under the outdoor shower by the pool.

For a well-kept BBQ in the evening, the outside kitchen for grilling or preparing Paellas leaves nothing to be desired.

The lounge atmosphere with the comfortable furniture in the pergola makes the wine particularly delicious. Now it has been renovated and completely covered. And a romantic bath in the evening beautifully illuminated pool makes every holiday dream come true ..

To enable you to communicate at home with the whole world and share your experiences with your friends, we have set up a wireless Internet connection for you in our house. For your use, you only need your own laptop, tablet PC or WLAN-enabled smartphone. The dial-in data can be found on arrival in the introductory folder.

Also we have installed a large safe in one of the bedrooms for your valuables.

Since September 2014, an infrared heater has been installed in all rooms of the finca. A very pleasant and comfortable heat source, which is also very cost-effective in consumption. This means you can use the finca comfortably even in the cold winter months.

And since October 2016, we have added some other highlights, the beautiful garden wall lighting outside on the street, as well as the now fully controlled with only one button outside lighting of the complete garden and pool by means of app or remote control. Also the comfortable artificial lawn around the outside of the pool is brand new. As well as 6 brand new beach chairs have arrived. We are very proud of the many innovations and are always happy to invest to make your stay even more enjoyable.

About Christiane Ulrich

We are a typical patchwork family with 2 teenage daughters of 17 and 19 years, who are always happy to come with us. I myself have lived here for 23 years in Spain and I have also traded with real estate, so I know about the sector. My husband is a senior civil servant, and I am a graduate interpreter, now on the move with his own cosmetics institute. We have both traveled a lot in the world and have been looking forward to our retreat in Spain for several years now.

Why Christiane Ulrich chose Urbanització la Fustera

It is unique to find a finca (or country house) near the sea. This type of property is more common in both the Balearic and the Balearic Islands, as it is really an old farmhouse, usually with many acres of agricultural land. This house belonged to the shepherd of the region and his sheep grazed in the area. Therefore sea-level (1000m) and 'only' 1,200 m² plot.

When we bought the property, we renovated and equipped it with a lot of love. Not as a "rental property" but as a nice and comfortable home for us and for our guests. The decor is high quality and very personal and detailed. Every year we invest a lot to make the finca even more beautiful and "more complete". We are therefore always very happy about the nice feedback from our guests.

Also the local carers, a lovely Dutch couple, are always encouraged to take good care of you and fulfill your wishes.

I can assure you that we are very concerned that you as a guest in our beautiful finca feel comfortable. Welcome!

What makes this house unique

Peace and privacy, absolute privacy. Close to beautiful beaches (6 smaller quiet and very nice beaches in less than 10 minutes by car and the larger beaches of Calpe and Moraira in 15 minutes - see the beaches in Benissa) and shopping possibilities of all kinds.15 minutes to the motorway to Valencia or Alicante. Nice and also cheap restaurants nearby. View of the Rock of Ifach. Great, wild-romantic garden with very nice lighting.

Wunderschöne Finca

Unbeschreiblich schön man kann es nicht in Worte fassen man muss es erleben. Traumhaft schöne Finca innen wie außen.

Die Zimmer tolle Aufteilung, Die Betten bequem, Die Umgebung ruhig mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und dem Peñón.

Entspannung pur, Traumurlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner, traumhafter Urlaub. Die Finca ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir haben auch tatsächlich in der kompletten Urlaubszeit nur in der Outdoor Dusche geduscht. Die Betreuung von Theo und Irma van Thellingen war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl und fast wie zu Hause.

Erholung pur in zauberhaftem Ambiente

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in der Finca la Campanita.

Die Betreuung im Vorfeld der Reise durch die Vermieter Fam. Ulrich-Rindt und die örtlichen Ansprechpartner Irma und Theo war hervorragend und sehr persönlich. Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen! Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, meine 70-jährigen Eltern haben jeden einzelnen Tag so sehr genossen! Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können diese Finca nur weiter empfehlen, man muss es erlebt haben.

Schöne Finca zum Wohlfühlen

Our Finca la Campanita is situated right between the two lovely holiday resorts Calpe (5 km) and Moraira (8 km). Calpe is a large, but traditional Spanish town with many excellent shops and restaurants. The Penon de Ifach rock is now a nature reserve with salt flats, unique vegetation going up a zigzagging track, which overlooks the working fishing port and yacht harbour. Calpe also boasts two blue flag beaches with extensive water sports facilities. Calpe also offers us visits to its typically Spanish old town which offers a range of excellent tapas bars and restaurants. Between Calpe and Moraira you find many lovely hidden beaches and in Moraira itself, which is smaller than Calpe you find a nice fishing harbour and another yacht harbour with many shops and restaurants. The Finca itself is situated right between these to places, more or less 1 km from the beach on a little hill, over viewing the area.

Zwischen 59 und 30 Tagen vor Reiseantritt 40% und ab 29 Tagen vor Mietbeginn und bei nachweislich keiner Möglichkeit der Weitervermietung 100%. Wir raten dringend zum Abschluß einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

Strom für Klimaanlagen (Kühlen und Heizen) wird nach Verbrauch bei Abreise zum Selbstkostenpreis berechnet 0,25 Euro pro kWh (separater Zähler).
