This home offers 7 bedrooms with 12 beds , 4.5 baths, Jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, two kitchens, two washer and dryers two living areas and the best game room in town. Living room has a 55 inch curved HD with surround sound so bring on the movies!! There is a patio and outdoor dining with fire pit and grill in backyard..After 8 years of managing 26 other vacation rentals I decided it was my turn to own my own rental. I really poured my heart and soul into this home as I thought about everything renters over the years have asked for and put in my home. Having the disease of MORE I may have added extras but hey not a bad thing. I want this place to be somewhere where families make great memories and come back year after year. It is located three miles south of North Conway Village and only 1 mile to a beach on the saco, tennis courts and Saco Canoe rentals where you can rent canoes-kayaks and tubs.. Being on the south side of town also makes it so much easier not to have to sit in traffic. Attitash, King pine, Mt Cranmore and Wildcat are only minutes away. Settlers Green TAX free outlets is also only 1.5 miles away. You can also cut across and hit west side road to head up to Storyland which saves a lot of time. This is really a MUST stay place as i know you will appreciate all the special touches Phoebe's Lodge has to offer. P.S. I named this place after the love of my life my little granddaughter and she LOVES her new house as she calls it..Mountain Bikers- Phoebes Lodge is located on the road connection between the Eastside and Westside Trail Networks. Ride the Conway Rec. Trail almost from your door for an easy trail ride to the southern end of the Eastside Network. Cross Route 16 and ride through a covered bridge and up West Side Road to access the Westside Trail Network via High Street or the new Marshall Property Trails. Ride both for a good long loop with many variations possible. Stop in North Conway Village for lunch. For more biking info visit www.wmnemba.org. The Valley has great Mt. Bike trails for all abilities from beginners to downhill.

I bought this property as i was thinking why am i doing all this for other people why not have my own?? This property was in bad shape and i wanted to make it nice for our town.. Little did i know how MUCH work this would be. I poured my whole heart into this project and tried to make it as homey and different as i could. I named this property after my granddaughter Phoebe as the rental gave me as much joy bringing back to life as she does..

“We had an amazing time here! It's a great space and always felt that there was plenty of room even with that many people staying there! We loved the Christmas decorations too....it added to our "Christmas vacation" experience! This was our annual trip and so far we all agree that we like staying here the best.“Phoebe's lodge is very spacious and very clean! Famiy’s ( Families) Friendly
We were a large group of four families. Love everything about Phoebes Lodge. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, clean, beautifully decorated and well organized. We cannot wait to return. Love the history of Phoebes Lodge and how it was named. Thank you for providing a beautiful home for all of us to enjoy.
Easy Location and a ton of space
We just spent a long weekend here ~ ten kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also rooms big enough for us to hang out. The kids loved the game room and two kitchen is a must with a group this size. The owner, Kerri, is super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay with multiple families.
The house is absolutely amazing!
The pictures online don’t do this property justice! We have rented houses for the last 4 years and this one was by far the best! The house is absolutely incredible and the owner Kerri was an absolute peach. The personal touches like the wine glasses and bottle of wine waiting for you upon arrival put this house over the top. The location is fantastic, close to down town North Conway, and conventiently located near attitash. We can’t wait to rent again next year. Awesome fire pit out back and lots of fireplaces through out the house making for the perfect atmosphere. Perfect house to rent with family and friends. Highly recommend Phoebe’s lodge!
This house is the perfect getaway for groups and/or large families wishing to stay together.
Phoebe’s is a beautiful home that is so spacious you feel like you are in your very own resort. Impeccably clean, the house has all the amenities to make you feel right at home and additional entertainment conveniences like the awesome game room. The owners have thought of everything! Having the multiple bedrooms, baths, laundry and even kitchens allows for multiple families to enjoy the fun and convenience of staying together but have one’s own space. We can’t wait to return. A truly wonderful home!
AWESOME vacation
Phoebe's lodge is by far one of the Best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in.. Kerri thought of everything and I mean even Qtips.. There was ton of space plus it was so clean.. We also loved the location as we were there earlier and was able to beat the sunday traffic coming home.. We so will stay again as a matter of fact already booked another trip.

Great Location- fun cozy space.
Had a great stay at Phoebe's Lodge. The proximity to Cranmore and North Conway attractions was terrific. The house is large enough for 3 families to comfortably stay and spread out. Having 2 kitchens was huge, cooking for a group and storing all the food would have been challenging with just the one. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Working with Kerri the owner was great. She is responsive and personable. I would definitely recommend the Lodge to others.
