New King bed with luxury linens and updated bathroom vanity area. Enjoy fabulous views of Park City Mountain from the bedroom balcony and living room windows.
I was born and still live in New Orleans. I graduated from LSU in Baton Rouge and currently work in the Media Division of Verifone.
Keane Colomb purchased this condo in 2012
I fell in love with Park City during a visit for Sundance. I came back to look at some property and actually had an offer in for another place when i walked in front of Empire House. I was in awe as it seemed so light and airy with all of the windows. It seemed to have an old world exterior with a somewhat fun retro interior. I love that it is a small building with only 12 condos, it lends itself to the intimacy that I look for when vacationing.
I really fell in love with this condo the minute I saw it. It was exactly what i was looking for, small with great potential and an amazing VIEW! I looked at so many condos and there is just no view..unless you are the first bldg in front of the mountain. The view from the turret and balcony is just awesome and this condo feels bigger due to the roomy layout. I feel very lucky to own this property.
We liked staying at this condo. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was so easy to walk to the ski resort across the street and to jump on free bus for Main Street.
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Empire House! The large window seating/table area was our favorite area to apres ski, eat and relax - all while watching the snow fall.
The place is well equipped to cook in all your meals. The bed is comfortable and the condo is very nicely decorated and has everything you'll need for a ski weekend.
There's a bus stop nearby to take you to Deer Valley or town (free). It's a very quick walk to Park City base/ski rentals/bus stops.
We loved it. Will return and highly recommend!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo since it was spacious, clean and had all amenities we were looking for.
The condo is right at the opposite of Park City Mountain. You only have to cross the parking lot to get to Crescent, Payday lift and to the beginner slopes/First Ride.
The free shuttle bus to Main Street (5 min ride) leaves from the top of the parking lot or along Park Avenue at the corner of 14th Street.
The next supermarket is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive away (Fresh Market - much better than "The Market").
However, the close proximity comes with the fact that you can hear every shuttle bus passing Empire Ave and if you get unlucky you have several drunk or chatty people passing the house at night.
The kitchen is stuffed with pots and pans, bowls, glasses, silverware - everything you need to cook pasta, make a pizza, salad etc.
A big plus is the spice rack that comes with essentials like salt, pepper, oil, but also Italian, Creole Seasoning, dried Basil, Oregano, Parsley etc.
We definitely are planning to return since Keane the owner is great to communicate with and the location perfect for us.
Keane's apartment was absolutely wonderful. I stayed for six nights, and it instantly felt like home. I stay in a fair amount of rental apartments, but rarely do I see one that's as clean, nice and well-equipped as this was. It met and exceeded my expectations - exactly as portrayed in the pictures. I highly recommend staying here.
Keane was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The apartment is very clean and exactly as described. It was a great spot for my husband and I during our ski trip. The Park City shuttle is easy to use, free, and close by but Main Street area is also within walking distance. Short walk across the street to ski at Park City. We rented a Subaru Forester and had no trouble parking in the garage. We had a wonderful stay!
Less than 5 min walk across parking lot to Mountain Resort - unit was perfect for the 2 of us - all the comforts of home, perfect location - we will visit again. Highly recommend!
We stayed for 4 nights at the end of the Sundance Film Festival. The location is perfect for access to the resort, being directly across the street. We were there mainly to ski and did not make it to downtown Park city, although the shuttle is a short walk away. The condo is very nice and has all the comforts of home. It was fantastic to have a full kitchen and laundry at our disposal. The underground parking and heated floors were also great to have.
Communicating with the property owner was easy as could be. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to experience Park City and the Resort.

Empire House is located in the heart of Old Town in Park City, Utah. We are just across the street from Park City Mountain Resort -- the best year-round center of sports and outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to ski and snowboard; then, walk home for lunch!
