We have thought of everything we would want for our family, and put it in our townhouse at Folly Beach. This property has modern features; ten-foot ceilings downstairs give it an 'Old Charleston' feel, open family/dining/kitchen area, bathrooms for each bedroom, decks on both levels (screened on lower level, beautiful views, seating for six), two-car parking garage, hardwood floors, granite countertops, good storage, well-equipped kitchen. We even put in baby gates and outlet covers, and books, games and videos for the kids!
NEW PHOTOS COMING SOON - The downstairs bedroom is a queen-size, there is a four-person bunk bed in front upstairs bedroom (single bunk, double base, single trundle), and peaceful, elegant master suite with king-size bed, seating area, double vanity sinks, separate shower and jacuzzi, and large walk-in closet.
There is a deck off the master as well, with beautiful marsh and river views. There are TVs in each bedroom. Laundry room is upstairs. We have a gas grill, a gas fireplace, ambient lighting and flat-screen TV over the fireplace and in the master. We have high-speed internet, accessed in Master bedroom via modem.
Property has a community pool and deep-water community dock with good fishing and ample space to tie up your boat. The boat access is a short walk (one- block) away.
You can walk to the newly refurbished beach in just a few short blocks, or to 'town' for dining everything from tapas to pizza to great breakfast at the Lost Dog Café. You can get fresh shrimp off the boats within a mile of Folly, and downtown Charleston is only a 15-minute drive.
