A comfortable, well decorated cosy One bedroom apartment, ten minutes drive to Siesta Key. ( 5 miles Approx) The property has two TV's, cable and wi fi internet for guests usage . There is ample storage for bikes , designated parking and the complex has a pool and gym. Supermarket and shops across the street! This is a perfect location from which to explore wonderful Sarasota - sandwiched between the interstate and Route 41 with so many ways to get back home and out and about! Owner - Agent

Sarasota is a wonderful laid back place where you can vacation relatively inexpensively. This area is off the beaten track in terms of glitz, but very well served for local restaurants , shops and nearby attractions. Perhaps more for the adventurous type than someone who wants to be right on the beach.
Everything is close at hand, the highway, Starbucks, various diners and local ethnic restaurants -- Indian, Greek, Persian and Mexican, Italian and Japanese all within a few blocks!
I stayed here February and March 2017. The condo was comfortable and clean, and was close enough to everything that Sarasota has to offer. The pool area is beautiful and the property was a great place to walk my dog without having to venture out onto the busy highway (Clark Rd). Everything you need is included in the condo, and the beds are quite comfortable. Sam, the owner, is nice and friendly and easy to reach if you need anything. Although I never had to reach out during my stay. I would rent here again. My dog absolutely loved the balcony here, and enjoyed watching all the dogs go by. He even made more friends then I did :) If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, pet friendly and affordable place to live while you check out all of what Sarasota has to offer, this is the place!
WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME! THE CONDO IS IN A GREAT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING IN SARASOTA, BUT STILL WITHIN DISTANCE FOR OUTINGS TO FORT MYERS AND TAMPA. CONDO WAS COMFORTABLE IN A NICELY KEPT COMPLEX. NEIGHBORS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. SAM WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. WE LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK!
"Good things come in small packages" is a perfect description for this one bedroom condo. Although only one bedroom, it is roomy enough for one or two couples or a couple with a child. The condo is immaculate and the kitchen well stocked. My daughter and I loved sitting on the lanai watching the squirrels and birds in the trees. If they would let you, you could reach out and touch them.
The pool is clean and well maintained. Shopping is no problem as Publix is directly across the street as is Pappa Johns Pizza and Jersey Mikes Sandwich shop, two of my favorite fast food places. If you like the beach, and who doesn't, it is a short drive from the condo.
Sam was a pleasure to work with adding to the enjoyment of our vacation. He was available at all times, resolving the couple of issues we had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, clean reasonable place to spend their vacation.
I spent a month and had the best time ever,,, Everything is close by and the pool and sunshine is amazing :-) Shopping downtown is Spectacular and the Beaches are Outstanding, especially Siesta - Point Of Rocks is excellent for snorkelling - Casey Key - Lido - Venice - Crescent & Turtle and many many more :-) Thank You Sam :-) Looking forward to coming back very soon... :-)
It is nice, pretty and cozy. I spent 10 days there and it was a very pleasant experience for me. P.S. you could find almost everything that you could imagine for kitchen use.
We spent a week here. Property was up to expectations and matched the pictures. Clean. Towels, utensils, plates, etc all provided as described. Fast wifi. There are some beach items like chairs, umbrella, etc in the closet on the patio FYI. I appreciate not having needing to buy them myself. Location is right on a major street and across the street from a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
Siesta Key Beach is a 5 minute drive away. Public parking at the beach was no problem this time of year. Myakka State Park and the Ringling stuff is fun to see. Bowling and putt putt around if you want to do something low key on an off day or something.
Sam was quick to respond to queries and seems like he'd get problems solved if any were to arise. None did for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
The main attraction is the proximity of the beaches - Siesta Key being about a ten minute drive. From here it's also very easy for other beaches in Venice and Nokomis to the South as well as the other attractions in downtown Sarasota and beyond. Grocery store and Bank across the street as well as numerous non chain restaurants.
