Our family has owned this lake-cottage for more than 30 years. We have celebrated so many family milestones here, knowing that this is the best place to create memories. We would love to think that our rental guest will be creating their own family memories.

A lovely stay
Our hosts were accommodating and our stay was magical. Lake Champlain and Burlington were just what we needed and this house was well placed to go exploring or just watch the weather move over the lake while reading. You can do everything from this location or do nothing at all. We would return to this lovely place in a heartbeat.
Loretta and family were the perfect guests; very respectful of the property and you wouldn't have known they were here when they left!. Would have them back any time they wish to return to Vermont!
Beauty on the water
Can’t beat the views and peaceful setting!
Comfy, well equipped, fabulous light. Host friendly and responsive, provided nice touches.
Had a winter visit providing quiet solitude. Imagine summer is great too with a different flavor.
Great place for a winter stay!
My 2 brothers and I stayed for an ice fishing long weekend. Plenty of room for us, and we were VERY surprised at the quantity of items available for us to use, from kitchen to bathroom. Susan thoughtfully provides the first breakfast, which was great. The weather was just a bit too cold and windy for us to make use of the outside bar (SAD!), but it really looked awesome. We will definitely be staying again.
Cozy, private cottage with amazing views
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home over Christmas. The view out the windows provides instant relaxation. We walked our dogs in the snow and couldn’t hear one human sound, only a few birds. The home is stocked with everything you need and there is space to hang clothing which not everyone provides. The shower/water pressure was very good too. I highly recommend this home and hope I can stay there again sometime too.
Outside views were amazing.
Location was awesome! Loved the nearby bike path! Loved the water views! Loved being so close to Burlington! The inside could use some updating or slight remodeling. It was lacking charm or character and seemed to be a low quality build. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the peninsula was very functional. My biggest disappointment was the upstairs bedroom access. The stairs to the bedroom loft were extremely steep and there were no risers. There was a handrail on one side where the wall was enclosed, but the other side was left wide open. Coming down was very treacherous. The stair rise was too high making it difficult or even not possible for elders, small children, and pets to climb up safely and comfortably. I am 5'9" and I would bump my head on the stair stringer if I didn't duck when walking from the main room. Once up there, the loft was way too open and there was zero privacy both for changing or chatting. So, that is why, even with the magnificent views and wonderful location, I give this 3 stars.
Located on Lake Champlain within an easy 15 minute drive to Burlington, you can literally "sail around the world" from our dock! Come and enjoy a secluded, picturesque vacation in Vermont.
