Fully refurbished 4 star 3 bedroom chalet in Avoriaz
Situated right in the centre of 'La Falaise', the most popular quarter of Avoriaz, Chalet Neva has direct access at ground level to its private doorway. At the centre of the Portes du Soleil, the World's largest international linked ski area with over 200 lifts and 650km of pistes, Chalet Neva is truly ski-in / ski-out.
All the facilities of the fun-filled village of Avoriaz are right at hand including cafes, restaurants, ski schools, sledging, shops and supermarkets. At 60 square metres with 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 toilets the chalet is spacious and comfortable for 8 people and offers an excellent holiday experience.
The property was completely refurbished in 2015 with new furniture, carpets and fittings. It is graded 4 Star by Meubles de Tourisme.

Avoriaz Chalets (www.avoriazchalets.com) is a collection of private owners offering rental of our luxury chalets and apartments. At least one of the owners is present in Avoriaz throughout the ski season to care for the guests in all the properties.

It's in a fantastic location with wonderful views, ski-ing from the front door and the shops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The chalet is fabulous inside too - really cozy and very comfortable with carpets, cushions and rugs, a brand new kitchen with American fridge freezer and modern bathrooms.

Chalet Neva was exactly as advertised. A ski in /ski out chalet in avoriaz with the perfect level of comfort. We spent a week there with our 4 children and had everything we needed, including a fantastic selection of Dvd's which was a bonus for the children. Would highly recommend Philip and Niki and avoriaz chalet
It is not a luxury chalet.
Decor is needing to be updated as it looks tired.
The curtains upstairs are awful.
The chalet is in need of a deep clean.
no handbasin in the upstairs toilet - not hygienic.
Location is fantastic.
I'm sorry that the old Chalet Neva was not to your liking and we have listened to your points on the furniture etc. The chalet was completely refurbished and expanded to three bedrooms in 2016. The furniture and the has been replaced and you will be relieved to hear that even the curtains have been replaced!
Perfect chalet, perfect location
Even better than the description is not something which is often true, but in this case the chalet lived up to our expectations and more.
Warm your ski boots on the convenient boot warmer, step out the front door and there is the piste, which leads down to the ski lifts going in all directions.
Not only is the chalet convenient for the slopes, but an excellent bakery is barely a minute's walk away, there are cafés and shops two minutes away and even the main arrival area is only about 5 minutes walk, if that. Five minutes or so in the opposite direction will find you in the centre of Avoriaz - cafés, shops, post office, tourist info, church, tropical swimming centre . . .
The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, the sofas are comfortable, the two bath/shower rooms are both beautifully fitted (including heated towel rails) and the goose down duvets make the beds really comfortable. Although the bedrooms are compact, the built-in storage cupboards are neat and capacious.
The chalet is part of a small apartment block, but you feel very independent. The bedrooms are at entry level, yet, because of the slope, this is actually the second floor and the living area is above. This means that there are fantastic views from the living room and balcony.
Nikki and Philip are charming and helpful hosts. We would most certainly recommend this chalet to anyone and are hopeful to make a return visit ourselves!

This was our third visit, Avoriaz and the Chalet never disappoint. Accomodation is very comfortable, view from living room is stunning and always takes my breath away. Situated ideally for the slopes and the town. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful ski accommodation in a beautiful resort
From start to finish, our ski holiday was fabulous. This was our 3rd year in Avoriaz but our first time in a self-catered chalet ... and we'll be back! Wonderful service from Avoriaz Chalets and our week in Chalet Neva was delightful - very comfortable and smart accommodation, a great location, spectacular views from the balcony = relaxed and happy guests! Warm welcome. Fantastic resort with almost too many runs to choose from. Slopes for all standards. Chalet was recently renovated and a very plesant place to be. Fixtures and fittings were just right and sofa bed was awesome. Would recommend to anyone.

The town is car-free making it ideal for children who can toboggan and play right in the town centre. Avoriaz also has one of the best child/infant ski school and nursery at the Village des Enfants.
