About the property

Very charming and comfortable and safe rood top apartment in the heart of Antibe

Charming apartment with two bedrooms and a very large private roof terrace (27 sq m.) in the Old Town of Antibes. Quiet and calm area, and only four apartments in our building, only minutes from local shops. Perfect interior lay out with one large master bedroom with en-suite shower room in one end of the apartment, with twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom in opposite end. Lounge and kitchen inbetween. Patio doors leads out to the large private terrace from the lounge, with a shaded area for day time meals and relaxation. Two other parts of the terrace with sun loungers and chairs, direction of terrace is south west - north east.

Our apartment is recently renovated and refurnished, it is welcoming and practical. Public parking five minutes away, and ten miutes walk to the beach, and the large marina. We have fast WiFi and very good mobile phone reception.

About Annika Tomlinson

We are an English-Swedish couple who live most of our time in Cowes, Isle of Wight in England and spend as much time as possible in Antibes. We love the atmosphere in the old town of Antibes and have spent a lot of time in France over the last twenty years, with parts of our family living in France. We enjoy good food and wine, nature and the lovely sea. Rick is a Yachting Photographer and I have an online business selling nautical charts under license as interior design items; on canvas prints.

Our apartment is private, has an unusually large private terrace on the roof, 27 sqm, off the living room. One bedroom and bath room in each end of the apartment, and only four apartments in the building. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay, we have furnished the apartment in a personal and tasteful way, it is important for us that our guests are happy on their holiday!

What makes this apartment unique

Large private roof terrace, windows open at night... One shaded area for eating and relaxing on the terrace, two areas with sun loungers. Only ten minutes to the beaches and the marina. Our apartment is in a quiet and calm area, no bars on our street, but two small restaurants only.

Our apartment on Rue du Marc is ten minutes walk from the local bus and train station with good connection to Nice Airport, Nice and Monaco, Juan les Pins and Cannes. The apartment with its large roof terrace is private and quiet, and accessed through and arch way from Rue de la Republique, where only very small cars can access these very narrow streets and no cars can park in the area. Local shops and restaurants are a few minutes away, and the nearest beach and marina reached within ten minutes.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
