Tolle Lage!

Lage und Schnitt des Appartments sind klasse! Um die Ecke des Museums Es Baluard im Zentrum Palmas gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Die Gäste des Restaurants gegenüber hörte man bei geöffneten Fenstern zwar, aber das habe ich nicht als störend empfunden. Das App. war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und durchschnittlich sauber. Leider musste ich im Bad die Haare diverser Vormieter aus dem Abfluss holen, damit das Wasser wieder ablaufen konnte, das war nicht so lecker. Das große Bett auf der Galerie ist sehr bequem, und von den kleinen Fenstern aus hat man einen Blick direkt auf die Kathedrale. Die Möblierung des App. war zweckmäßig und ok. In der Küchenzeile waren alle nötigen Geräte vorhanden, allerdings fehlten mir so hilfreiche Kleinigkeiten wie Geschirrtücher und für den Induktionsherd eine deutsche oder englische Bedienungsanleitung. Das als vorhanden angegebene Sat-TV funktionierte leider kaum, die meisten Sender konnten wegen schwachen Signals gar nicht oder nur schlecht empfangen werden. Die Bedienung der TV/ CD-Geräte war kompliziert und wurde vom Vermieter erst auf Nachfrage erklärt. Der Vermieter Carlos war sehr freundlich aber leider total unzuverlässig, div. Termine/Verabredungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Er spricht nur sehr eingeschränkt Englisch, die persönliche Kommunikation sowie per sms war schwierig. Der Pool ist in einem anderen Gebäude, ca. 10-15 Min. Fußweg, die ich nicht lohnenswert fand. Dann lieber an den Strand. Für einen Stadtbesuch ohne Auto ist as App. sehr gut geeignet. Ein Auto kann man um die Ecke nur gegen Parkticket oder kostenfrei am Paseo, dann aber mit Fußweg abstellen. Zum Stromern durch die Innenstadt, zum Shoppen oder um für Frühstück oder Kaffee ins tolle Viertel Santa Catalina zu laufen, ist das App. als Ausgangspunkt optimal.

Die perfekte Stadtwohnung

Super gelgene Wohnung direkt an der Grenze zwischen Altstadt und Santa Catalina, dazu recht ruhig und mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche bei mittelmäßigem Wetter. Alles zu Fuss gut erreichen, Mietwagen heisst lange Fusswege zum bezahlbaren Parkplatz. Wenn ich wieder in Palma bin sicher in dieser Wohnung. Gracias Pep

Fantástico

Apartamento en un lugar privilegiado... Céntrico, cerca del paseo marítimo, cerca de la catedral... cerca de todo! Zona comercial a pocos minutos. Restaurantes varios, locales de ambiente... Y a la vez tranquilidad absoluta. Recomendable para pasar unos días en la ciudad, bien por placer o bien por trabajo (como en mi caso). Edificio de 3 plantas, dormitorio en el bajó cubierta... Muy especial! Gracias al casero Pep, pendiente durante toda la estancia! Os lo recomiendo.
