Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bedroom #4 has four single bunk beds. On the second floor is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room and a huge half bath. The 20-foot ceilings take in the West runs of Panorama Ski Resort and the fourth hole of Greywolf Golf course. On one of two decks is your secluded 8-person hot tub and barbeque. On the upper level you will find the two master bedrooms both with their own attached en-suites. Bedroom #1 has queen bed and an over-sized tile shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a shower and a large soaker tub. All linens are a high thread count and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. There are TV’s in every room, with a total of six TV’s in the house!

The house is located on the most private and prestigious street in Panorama, directly across the street from Grey Wolf Golf Course, right beside a cross-country ski trail and three-minute drive from Panorama Village. This mountain dream home has it all!

Why Angela McConnell chose British Columbia Mountains

After looking at Fernie, Big White and Golden we decided on Panorama to build our dream vacation home because of all the amenities the village and the town of Invermere offer. In the winter we spend at least two weeks in our home skiing with our three children and enjoying friends. In the summer we spend a whole month golfing, enjoying the pool and water slides, hiking the mountain and on lake Windermere. The six hour drive for us is a challenge with three kids under the age of six but worth every minute. We built and supplied the house with everything we would need so that we can come without bringing our whole house with us. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home.

Made us love winter again

  • 5 of 5

Awesome spot for a group. House is exactly as it sounds and looks in the pictures. Communication with the renter was easy and quick. Everything is in the home and the boot area at the front door is a huge bonus. You will not regret staying here. Would go back in a second.

Great Vacation

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time using VRBO and the owner was excellent to deal with. The home is indeed spectacular. It was clean, and well maintained. The views were amazing and I especially enjoyed the cross country skiing right next to the house. We had a great vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent Accommodations for our Annual Ski Trip

  • 5 of 5

This was one of 3 houses we rented for an annual ski trip of 18 men. By far the nicest of the 3. Nice bar-b-que area and hot tub. Very nice great room. For skiing I'd recommend purchasing tickets in advance and driving the 2 min to the Country Club parking lot to take the triple chair up. Lots of parking, a hundred meter walk to chair. We also tried parking in the lower lodge parking lot and it's just too crowded. Have Fun !

Wonderful Holiday Home!

  • 4 of 5

My family and I have been going to Panorama for many years as the kids were growing up, usually staying at the on hill condos. We haven't been there these past couple of years so when we decided to go away for the Christmas holidays this year I looked for a place that would be comfortable for all of us (including new spouses and grandparents!) This was my first experience with VRBO and I am SOLD! Angela made everything exceptionally easy, less "nerve racking" and very memorable! (I had a question about the water lines when we arrived and she was immediately in touch with me; no problems!) We even had an 'Elf' come shovel the back deck and front porch during the stay! Not only was the house beautiful and accommodating (first time that every one had their own bed!) but the setting was stunning! They had even set up a Christmas tree which perfectly set the mood! The house had enough space and was very comfortable to be enjoyed by all. And of course the pool table became a favourite post supper (slightly competitive!) event! My "pis de resistance" was the hot tub after a great day of skiing! Everyone enjoyed it immensely that on our final day there we started talking about when we're going back during the summer..... : )

Panorama Mountain Resort is every vacationers dream. Our favorite thing about Panorama for skiing is the runs go on forever. You spend more time on the mountain than on the chair lift. Perfect! RK Heliski is just down the road for the more adventurous and just outside the village is Toby Creek Adventures for snowmobiling in the winter and quading in the summer. Definitely a first class experience! You will also have access to the all-season pool five minutes away in the village. Unwind with your fellow outdoor enthusiasts; the view is breathtaking.

For fine dining visit Earl Grey Lodge. A dining experience not to be missed. The village also has a pub, a restaurant, a pizza joint, a cafe and lodge-style food.

A twenty minute drive into the town of Invermere you will find foods and restaurants from around the world, try the Quality Bakery and Blue Dog Cafe. Fubuki Sushi is also great. For coffee lovers go to Kicking Horse Coffee's, The Cafe, you won't want to leave. The shopping in Invermere is awesome. You will find tons of local and Canadian art, boutique clothing, great shoes and mountain inspired knickknacks.

Saying all this our only caution is that our home is so comfortable and offers so much sometimes it's hard to leave! Be sure to get out there and take it all in!

We decided to build our dream vacation home in Panorama because it offers everything we would want on a vacation. It has a special place in our hearts and we think it will capture a place in yours too.
