Kamaole Beach Royale is located in South Kihei, across the street from Kama'ole Beach Park I, a one third mile long beach with lifeguard station that is considered one of the best swimming beaches on Maui. From your lanai (balcony), living/dining room, and kitchen you will enjoy panoramic views of the islands of Kaho'olawe, Molokini, Lana'i, the West Maui Mountains, Ma'alaea Harbor, and humpback whales from November/December to March/April. You will have the best view in the building. From your bedroom you will have a view of Mount Haleakala.
The unit recently underwent a total remodel, including top of the line appliances, Lyptus wood cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, and new sliding doors to the lanai that provide a 6 foot six inch wide, unobstructed view of the water, beach, sky, moon, and spectacular sunsets. The wide opening to the lanai and the same tile flooring in living room and lanai make them feel like one room, making you feel closer to the ocean and beach.
The guidebook Maui Revealed, considered by many to be the best guidebook on Maui, rates Kamaole Beach Royale to be a 'Solid Gold Value,' because of its reasonable rates and high quality accommodations.

The owner lives in Portland, Oregon, and vacations on Maui for about three months a year. His family joins him for 2-5 weeks every year. When on Maui he swims to the end and back of Kama'ole Beach, eats all his meals on the lanai, goes to Little Beach as often as possible to snorkel and sunbathe, and enjoys looking at the ocean throughout the day.

After looking at over 50 one bedroom condos in Kihei and Sugar Beach, he chose this unit for five reasons: (1) the gorgeous views; (2) the close proximity to Kama'ole Beach Park I, restaurants, shopping, water sports rental businesses, and Little Beach; (3) the well maintained pool and property; (4) the opportunity to turn a very neglected unit into one of beauty, efficiency, and comfort; and (5) excellent building management and office staff that work extremely hard to meet the needs of guests.
This condo is unique because of the combination of beautiful views of both ocean and Mount Haleakala, a top quality remodel, reasonable rates, location close to one of the best beaches, over 20 restaurants within three blocks, retractable shutters in the bedroom that allow guests to have an unobstructed view of Mount Haleakala, and the especially outstanding views of the ocean created by the non-standard sliding glass doors that provide an eight foot wide unobstructed view.
We used everything in the condo and we loved the nice renovations. The new mattresses on bed and sleeper sofa are very soft. Thank you!
This Condo has a fab view of the beach and stunning sunsets. Great beach across the street! Central location for activities, restaurants, etc. The owner is fastidious in his prep and management. Very high quality and a pleasant experience. Grill dinner on the rooftop patio, one floor above!
This is the vacation home for you if you enjoy a bargain priced condo that is completely and tastefully updated, including new a/c; clean; quiet, except for the sound of the waves breaking on the soft-sand beach across the street; has a well equipped kitchen, music, books, art, movies, maps, restaurant and touring tips, discount coupons, a comfortable lanai looking out at drop-dead sunsets, a rooftop terrace with a barbecue for guest use, a lovely pool, and good restaurants in walking distance in a friendly neighborhood.
This condo is fantastic! Has everything you need for a great holiday. Only complaint is that the Queen bed in the bedroom is VERY narrow. Will hopefully be able to book this condo again when we come here. Owner is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Peter!
We are located across the street from a coffee shop, natural foods store, Pizza Hut, nail salon, Maui Tacos, ABC Store (convenience store), souvenir and knickknack shops, and a liquor store.
