Poor. Not value for money.
I am reviewing this to bring one or two points to your attention about your apartment in New street Worcester City Centre.
On initial face value the premises are bright and clean looking.
However as we unpacked and studied each room a little closer we found things that should not have been left in the condition we found.
The Bathroom had a dirty towel hanging behind the entrance door. The Toilet bowl itself had an obvious excrement streak down one side of it.There isn't any cleaning materials in there for everday use.EG.toilet cleaning fluid and cloths ect.
The main front bedroom ceiling light is detatched from the ceiling and looks to be just suspended by the electrical wires. You should also consider fitting either Double glazing or secondary glazing to the windows to dull down the street noise (which was unbearable) it went on from 10pm-3am and then the road sweepers started at 6am. It was as though they were in the room with us.
The living room has the same problem with its windows. There isn't enough lounge seating for four adults with just the three seater settee.the dining table is totally inadequate and uncomfortable to sit at for more than a few minutes.
The kitchen needs to be checked out and repairs made.
There is one drawer that has a damaged handle. The oven is in dire need of a thoroughly good cleaning. The welcome pack you proposed turned out to be an half consumed bottle of milk an half consumed loaf of bread and two lots of fully consumed containers of breakfast cerials.
My Wife my Sister and my Brother in Law travel throughout the North East the North West the Midlands and beyond on a regular basis in pursuit of our love of the Norther Soul Scene and participate in many types of accommadations. We have stayed in B&Bs Hotels ect. However the last 4 or 5 yrs or so we have rented private apartments to the like of your property. We have experienced many sort of conditions and presentations so can speak with a voice of relative experience.Overall your apartment is quite acceptable and could be a little gem if you were to be a little more observant and hands on in its condition and its presentation. The points I have highlighted could easily by rectified and would benefit you greatly in the future. You could choose to either heed or ignore this well meant criticism the choice is clearly yours.
Yours Sincerely.Mr David Brindley.Stoke-on Trent.
