Front line apartment situated on the 8th floor with superb views of the sea, beach and Port Adriano Super Yacht Marina. The apartment is one floor above the main apartment entrance which means you also have a view of the Santa Ponsa Golf course at the rear of the apartment. A lift serves all floors giving level access to the beach, pool and Port Adriano. The apartment building is next door to a 5 star hotel and spar. The immediate area has a large variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The Views of the sea, Beach and Marina are superb. The apartment is furnished to a high standard having recently had a full reformation.

Great apartment and brilliant location.

This apartment has everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and well kept. The views from the balcony are fantastic. Great central location right between Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. With the choice of relaxing by the pool (€5 per day) or a short stroll to the beach it is ideal. We have stayed in many apartments in El Toro as our parents live there in one of them. This one was just perfect for us and will definitely be booking it again.

Lovely, light airy apartment

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for Myself, my partner and my 3 kids. It was lovely and clean, equipped with everything we needed. The views were fantastic, and we had use of the lovely pool (3 euros each per day). The bus stop is right outside the apartments, which goes all along the coastline, so getting about isn't a problem. We will definitely be staying again.

Amazing view from a very clean modern apartment.

I found the booking and dealing with the owner very easy and straight forward.on arrival the apartment was very clean and had recently been updated.The view is amazing! parking was not a problem and we went in august.My boys loved the sandy beech and snorkeling by the rocks right out the front of the apartment.

We will go back asap.There are a few resturants with strolling distance to suit all budgets and a spar shop just down the road.

Wir kommen nicht wieder in dieses Apartment, 1 Spültuch, 4 Badetücher , 1x Bettwäche für 2 Wochen .

Der erste Blick in das Apartment war erschreckend schmutzig, schlechter Reinigungsdienst. Auf der Seite FeWo- direkt

mit Bilder schöner als in Wirklichkeit. Das Gartenmöbel auf dem Balkon sehr alt. Die Wohnung muss Grundgereinigt werden auch in den Schränken, die Fenster und Rahmen. Der Vermieter mit dem wir telefonierten,

bemühte sich einiges in Ordnung zu bringen. Aber trotz dem die ersten 3 Tage waren schrecklich, dieses ständige Telefonnieren jeder schob es auf den anderen, wir schickten Fotos als beweis an FeWo-direkt. Der Grund für eine Reise nach El Toro war eine Geburtstagsfeier mit Freunden und Familie , es gab nach der Aufregung, dann auch schöne Urlaubstage.

Die Wohnung war ok aber mehr nicht!

Wir hatten vom Ankunftstag bis abreise eine defekte Toilettenbrille trotz anschreiben des Vermieters kam niemand.Die Gardienenstange kam uns beim aufziehen der Vorhänge entgegen.

Owner's Response: The toilet seat was reported broken on a Friday evening and I could not get the engineer to fix it until Monday morning as it was the weekend. It had only come loose anyway but a new Quslity one was fitted.

Tolle Aussicht- Appartement lieblos

Kleines Appartement in einem sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Haus.

Hellhörig an der Straße - keine dichten Fenster am hinteren Schlafzimmer -

Das Badezimmer sehr alt und ungepflegt.

Küche ist für diese Wohnung in Ordnung - es gab UK SAT TV.

2 Sofas - 1 Tisch 4 Stühle -

Alles im IKEA Style der 90er

eingerichtet.

Sehr kleiner Balkon-

Hafenblick ist toll.

Die Wohnung hat unseren Zweck erfüllt (Februar '17) - wir waren geschäftlich ein paar Tage hier.

Für Ferien würde es uns nicht gefallen.

Alles ist lieblos und abgewohnt.

( fleckige Bettdecken - Schimmelfugen im Bad - kein Schränkchen - nichts )

Wenig Licht - 2 Lampen waren kaputt -

Diese Wohnung verdient absolut eine Renovierung und neue Fenster !

After July 2013, it became illegal to rent private apartments to Tourist in Mallorca.
However, you can still rent my apartment if you wish. The apartment is for sale and you can “Try before you Buy”. If you pay a non-refundable deposit as shown in the price tables then you can stay for your selected dates. If you decide you like the apartment and wish to purchase it, then the amount you have paid for your trial stay will be deducted in full from the selling price. Should you not wish to purchase the apartment, then the amount you have paid for your trial stay is not returnable. You are under no other obligations.
On the 1st November 2014, prospective purchasers should have made their best offers over the 275,000 Euros reserve to purchase the apartment. The apartment will then be sold to the successful bidder. In event of no suitable offers being received then the apartment will not be sold and another attempt made to sell again with a similar scheme for the following year.
The apartment is advertised on a Holiday Website as to give it as much exposure to potential purchasers.

It is also Lawful to rent to tenants on a short term basis who are visiting Mallorca for any reason other than a holiday, such as business trips, work, yacht crew layovers, golf tournaments etc.

A 20% deposit secures the booking for the 'Try before you Buy' with the balance payable 8 weeks before the stay.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
