South Island Condo Rental Photos and Description

Spacious Poolside Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

Spacious third floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, corner southern exposure unit, high 9 foot ceilings, security entrance, conveniently located in between Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has easy beach access (10-15 minute leisurely walk), views of the canal, docks and boats from the large tiled screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom. There are views of Estero Bay from the dining room and views of the heated pool from the kitchen, living room and lanai. 8 foot triple sliding doors open to the 30' screened lanai from the living room and master bedroom. Sit on the lanai and see manatees and dolphins come into the waterways!

This furnished 1300 sq ft unit has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning with several ceiling fans. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. There is a brand new full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable and high speed internet is available free of charge. Guests have access to the condo heated pool and private deeded beach entrance. The in ground heated pool has lounging furniture and restrooms for your convenience.

Casa Marina is located on the southern quiet end of Fort Myers Beach. You can travel by car, boat, or the Fort Myers Beach trolley to go up and down Estero Boulevard (the main street between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs) for 50 cents a ride. Times Square is north of Casa Marina where you will find additional shopping, restaurants and nightlife. At the beach you can rent water sports equipment, and find local entertainment at one of the beach-side hotels, restaurants and shops. The sunsets at the beach are amazing (don’t forget your camera)! You can often spot dolphins from the beach.

Santini Plaza is a short walking distance away. Here you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. At the Fish Tale Marina you can rent boats, buy fishing bait, go on local excursions such as fishing charters, dolphin watching and sunset tours. Within a few blocks of the unit, you’ll also find a full service Publix grocery, a CVS drug store and bank. There is a cinema that will serve your favorite adult beverages while you enjoy the latest first-run releases. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

We purchased our condo after visiting Ft. Myers Beach. This area combines what we love - warm sunny weather, beautiful beaches, greenery and a relaxed 'home' atmosphere. While we will visit often, we wanted to share our love of the place with others who enjoy the Ft. Myers Beach area.

Casa Marina offers a quiet atmosphere for relaxation, walks to the beach, sitting on the lanai watching the boats, kayakers, manatees and dolphins. The condominiums are on the south end of the island with easy access off the island to Bonita Springs, Naples, etc.

What makes this condo unique

Quiet southend location offering a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and recharge. The condo is more than a rental property to us, its our home away from home.

We'd love to have renters who return each year to share our condo with us!

We spent 8 days in this unit. Everything you need is there. Great location. A very nice,clean condo and nicely decorated. We would definetly return to this unit. No complaints.

Casa Marina Condo

We stayed in this condo at Casa Marina for 1 week and had a great time! Kristie Netzer the owner was great! She made sure we had everything we needed for check in & even gave me a list of things to do and places to eat since it was our first visit to Fort Myers beach. All the beaches are wonderful! It is a short walk to the beach & she has a beach cart & backpack chairs that made the walk even better. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated & the beds are very comfortable. We saw dolphins swim right past the condo from the Lanai while eating breakfast on our first day. I would stay again! Thank you to the Netzers for sharing their condo:-)

Perfect Condo

Just got back from the Casa Marina Condo. The owner was excellent to work with and answered all our questions within a few hours (did all our arrangments thru e-mail). Great location and the condo was in perfect condition and lacked nothing from cooking supplies to beach chairs. Pool was excellent and a lot of friendly people always there. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. You will not go wrong with renting this Condo. I give this condo an A+

Perfect Vacation

We just spent part of March 2014 in this condo. Wonderful marina view. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Condo is very spacious. Owners were very easy to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. Casa Marina is a quiet complex and we found the owners at the pool to be very friendly. Wonderful big beach across the street. Excellent area to walk and bike. We would stay again!!!

The Perfect Escape for that Special Occasion

Paradise awaits immediately outside the door of this spacious, clean and beautifully appointed corner condo unit. We started each morning (with a fresh cup of coffee) on the large lanai overlooking the canal; watching for dolphins and manatees swimming below. Our sun-kissed itinerary was filled with as much or as little as we wanted to do. Enjoyed relaxing/reading by the pool, shopping, exploring the area by foot and car, kayaking and shelling. The shelling in this region is some of the best anywhere and your selection of sea treasures will vary with the location, season and time of day. Just like the seashells, each and every beach sunset is unique and spectacular. Kristie, the owner, was very helpful, responsive and her rates are extremely competative. We will be returning soon.
