Beautiful Home with an Equally Impressive View

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay! Kelly was super responsive and we appreciated the personalized directions and details. The house was spotless and comfortable. The views are incredible. So much so that we decided to stay in on Saturday night just to watch the sun set behind the mountains. Morning views are equally impressive. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at this amazing property!

Amazing views and beautiful property. The road up to the cabin is very steep, so drive carefully. We had a terrific stay.

Perfect girls weekend house!

  • 5 of 5

We rented the house for a girls weekend for my 30th birthday. The house was the perfect mountain house, it was just what we wanted! Beds were super comfy and the view was amazing! We got to the house after dark on Friday and it was so peaceful and quiet. We found that Waze is best for finding the house, as Google maps doesn’t take you to the right place. It was about a 20 minute drive into downtown Asheville but we had no problem getting an Uber on Saturday to visit the breweries.

The only negative was the hot tube- while it was amazing to sit in at night when it was cold, the neck rests are breaking down and left sticky residue on our bathing suits and on skin and hair.

We would definitely recommend this house and would visit again!

It was a perfect escape!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable house wth an amazing view, look no further. The cabin is nestled into the side of a mountain with stunning views of the valley below and rolling hills. The deck was a perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning and then return to, to enjoy a cocktail in the evening after exploring Ashville all day. The owner thought of everything and was so easy to work with and was always available to answer questions. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Location! Beautiful House!

  • 5 of 5

This place was perfect for our annual girlfriends getaway. The "cabin" provided every amenity we could have hoped for plus a breathtaking view. Visitors should be aware that getting to the amazing view involves an extremely steep and winding drive up the side of the mountain, however, and we highly recommend planning your initial arrival for daylight hours! Kelly was a great host, responding to our inquiries promptly, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. FYI for those who plan on cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped, including every pan and utensil you might need, as well as assorted spices, condiments like ketchup and mustard, and plenty of cooking oil apparently left by previous guests. Not knowing this ahead of time, we made our own donations of above staples!

There is so much to see and do in the Asheville area, we feel like barely scratched the surface in the four days we spent there. We hiked trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as in Dupont State Forest (waterfalls galore!), visited the Biltmore Estate, and explored the art galleries in Asheville's River Arts district and Grove Arcade area. Highly recommend eating at the Sierra Nevada brewery and Honey Tupelo Cafe.
