Welcome to Casa Paloma...our desert oasis in beautiful La Quinta, California. Our tranquil home resides within the highly acclaimed, Rancho La Quinta Country Club- a private, award-winning golf community which is gated and provides 24 hour security at all gates, as well as security neighborhood patrols. Located a short 16 minute drive from the Palm Springs airport, this retreat offers the ultimate in indoor/outdoor entertaining! Surrounded on all sides by breathtaking mountains, our 2600 sf home receives a desirable western exposure with stunning sunset views! The private courtyard boasts a large Pebble-Tec pool with waterfall and elegant elevated 10-person spa. The raised conversation deck provides ample seating and a fire pit for those cooler, star-gazing nights. Beautifully landscaped and illuminated, the courtyard will beckon you night and day for pool time pleasures and dining. The interior floor plan situates two generous guest bedrooms, each with full bath, flat screen tv's and large walk-in closets. Ceiling fans in each bedroom keep you cool at night, in addition to the two zone A/C. Separated by the great room, the large master suite sits to the right side of the home. The master suite is grand with large travertine tiled bath and shower, gorgeous granite his/hers separate vanities, and large walk-in closet. A comfy king-sized bed, flat-screen tv, large ceiling fan, and personal fitness room provide the quintessential master retreat!
Our newly renovated kitchen is stocked with every convenience and the granite bar is perfect for entertaining friends while blending those frosty libations! An elegant separate dining area can comfortably accommodate 6-8 with wonderful views to the outside courtyard. For al fresco dining, the outside 60x60 table has 8 folding chairs for your use, as well. Enjoy fantastic views of the mountains while you grill delectable dinners with the stainless steel BBQ with built-in smoker. Our comfortable family room is the perfect gathering spot after a busy day of sun and fun. The extra large leather sectional is seriously the most comfortable sofa we have ever owned!
Rancho La Quinta Country Club is a private golf and tennis club, and hence, visitors may not use their services. However, Casa Paloma supplies you with your own fitness room, pool, and easy access to the best golf and tennis communities in the desert! Located within the most desirable community in the desert, we border lush Indian Wells and the Santa Rosa Mts of La Quinta. You will have all the advantages of desert beauty and activities as well as the convenience of superior shopping and dining. We are surrounded by fantastic restaurants, adorable shops, gourmet food stores, and only 10 minutes from the famous El Paseo shopping district.
Once you enter the majestic gates of Rancho La Quinta, drive through the palm-lined streets, past courtyards dripping with bougainvillea and fountains, and enter the arched gate of Casa Paloma, you know you will have found the perfect desert retreat. We rented this lovely home for January and February of 2014. Our experience was as advertised and more. If we wanted a postcard picture to send back to our friends, all we had to do was take a picture out the front door. This was our 8th year renting in La Quinta area and this has been our favorite.
Within minutes of world class shopping and fine dining on the famous El Paseo, endless golfing options, and 3 minutes from the famous Indian Wells Tennis Center- home of the BNP Paribas Tournament.
