Located in the best building, A201, Aina Nalu is a top floor suite in a two-story plantation style luxury condominium resort spread out over 9 lush tropical acres. Being on the top floor allows for skylights and an open air feeling. The location of this suite is "prime" ~ you can't beat it! Our unit has a professionally decorated interior with beautiful use of color, textures, and a feeling of aloha found throughout.

This 860 Sq foot suite, which sleeps up to 6, has a spacious flowing floor plan. A-201 has the added cozy lanai for additional living space. The palms off the lanai give you added privacy and sway in the tropical breeze.

The 2 swimming pools and palapa areas surrounding the pools are breathtaking. The Polynesian infinity-style pool and hot tub have a view of the beautiful West Maui mountains.

Aina Nalu A-201, is within walking distance of Lahaina Harbor, shops, dining and theater. Why Jill Marzo chose Maui

We chose this property because we wanted a place with an "old Hawaii" feel that is within easy walking distance to town and beaches. This condo is one block to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Lahaina town. It is an easy stroll to a walking beach in Lahaina, and a bit farther walk to beautiful Baby Beach, a nice swimming beach for the whole family. This condo is also a short car ride or inexpensive bus ride to one of the best beaches in the world, Kaanapali Beach.

Aina Nalu received the GRAND OVERALL AWARD for its Hawaiian essence found throughout the resort in the beautiful image and rebranding of old Hawaii, and also received the HOSPITALITY AWARD OF EXCELLENCE.

We love the feeling of "Real Hawaii' this property portrays.

Attractive, comfortable and well-located condos in quiet neighborhood

Friends who've frequented Aina Nalu for years spoke very highly of the units, and I'm so glad we decided to give it a try! The unit we had (A-201) was very nicely decorated, and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever had away from home (!!!) The rooms were a good size, with spacious bathrooms, and the kitchen well-equipped. There were a few things that needed attention, and the owner was responsive and sent immediate help.

The unit is close to the pool, and so we heard occasional noise, but not much got past the hum of the air-conditioners. The grounds are well-landscaped and maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh-water pool and hot tub.

Aina Nalu is just a couple of blocks from Front Street, close enough to walk easily to the action, but far enough for it to feel secluded, even with Highway 30 running along its northern boundary. We were always able to find street parking out front, so that saved the $20/day parking pass the property offered. On Dickenson Street, don't miss Lahiana Coolers or Kobe restaurants, or shopping at Hale Zen and/or the Village Galleries (chocked-full of real local art, not the garish stuff sold on Front Street)

Great location, nice clean and comfortable condo

We had 6 adults stay in this condo, and although it was quite cosy for us we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Front Street was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable, the sofa was quite hard and lumpy to sleep on - we recommend putting extra blankets underneath to add some extra padding to it. We really liked that there were things like coolers and Tupperware containers available for use so we could take them to the beach for BBQ.

Jill is a pleasure to deal with, has great communication before and during the stay. Mahalo for having us, we will be back!

Wonderful Condo, excellent location

We stayed here with our family of four and loved it! We loved that the guest room has two separate twin beds for our 10 and 12 year old boys. The condo had everything we needed. The pools and hot tub were great as well. Jill checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. We had an issue with the toilet and it was fixed immediately. We were able to walk into town daily which was really nice. When we come back to Maui we will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo, great location

We stayed here with our family of 5 for 7 nights. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and the harbor. We were very comfortable with the 2 large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed using the BBQ's and the kids loved the pools. Jill was great to work with. We were short a couple of beach towels when we arrived and she dealt with it immediately. She checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the Lahaina location and explored many different beaches. We hope to visit here again one day soon!

Outstanding condo with perfect locaiton

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, well decorated, and the location was perfect. We had all the comforts of home and Jill made us feel welcomed. It was our first trip to Hawaii and we wouldn't hesitate in contacting Jill first before we travel to Maui again, hopefully soon. Lots of dining options on Front St just a short walk away as well as grocery stores nearby. We were central to everything Maui has to offer and best beaches are a just a short drive away; the cooler as well as beach gear sure came in handy. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed both both pools including the bbq areas. We would definitely stay there again. Mahalo to Jill and her crew!!
