Located in the best building, A201, Aina Nalu is a top floor suite in a two-story plantation style luxury condominium resort spread out over 9 lush tropical acres. Being on the top floor allows for skylights and an open air feeling. The location of this suite is "prime" ~ you can't beat it! Our unit has a professionally decorated interior with beautiful use of color, textures, and a feeling of aloha found throughout.

This 860 Sq foot suite, which sleeps up to 6, has a spacious flowing floor plan. A-201 has the added cozy lanai for additional living space. The palms off the lanai give you added privacy and sway in the tropical breeze.

The 2 swimming pools and palapa areas surrounding the pools are breathtaking. The Polynesian infinity-style pool and hot tub have a view of the beautiful West Maui mountains.

We go the extra mile others don't ~ Our on-island host is available for any info you may need; she will be happy to assist with any planning to insure you have a wonderful time while visiting the island of Maui.

Aina Nalu A-201, is within walking distance of Lahaina Harbor, shops, dining and theater. We are a 5-minute car ride or a $2 bus ride to Kaanapali Beach which has surfing, swimming, fishing and para-sailing. Kaanapali Beach is consistently rated as the best in the world! Lahaina Harbor offers a ferry ride to the island of Lanai.

Why Jill Marzo chose Maui

We chose this property because we wanted a place with an "old Hawaii" feel that is within easy walking distance to town and beaches. This condo is one block to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Lahaina town. It is an easy stroll to a walking beach in Lahaina, and a bit farther walk to beautiful Baby Beach, a nice swimming beach for the whole family. This condo is also a short car ride or inexpensive bus ride to one of the best beaches in the world, Kaanapali Beach.

Aina Nalu received the GRAND OVERALL AWARD for its Hawaiian essence found throughout the resort in the beautiful image and rebranding of old Hawaii, and also received the HOSPITALITY AWARD OF EXCELLENCE.

Beautiful second floor 2 bedroom condo in downtown Lahaina

This truly is a 4.75 star condo if I could have been more precise on the rating. I really loved this condo for many reasons. First, it was very tastefully decorated and inviting -- and just my style! The layout allowed for separation between the two sleeping quarters and bathrooms for each bedroom. Air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room were a dream. The lanai was very private although a bit small. Having in suite laundry and great big showers made beach clean up simple. The pool and hot tub just down the stairs was really a nice part of the property too.

This condo would have earned the 5th star if parking was affordable (although we were lucky enough to find street parking every day!, but would have preferred not to have to look for that), a few more kitchen supplies (suggest some storage containers for leftovers and to take snacks to the beach), and if the dining table and chairs didn't feel so cramped within the kitchen space. Would I recommend this condo and re-book it again? Absolutely, as proximity to shopping and walking around Lahaina was within a few blocks. P.S. Try the eggs benedict at the Sunrise Cafe if you want a great and affordable breakfast!

Four of us, all adults, stayed at this condo from Feb. 1 - Feb. 15, 2017. On arrival we were impressed by the condition of this privately-owned unit. It was clean, comfortable, attractive & very well-equipped. We liked that it was an upper floor unit near the front of the Aina Nalu property, just steps from Waine'e Street. The location is excellent, a very short walk from Front Street and Lahaina's harbour area. Shopping, restaurants, maritime day trips are just a few minutes away.

We also enjoyed the Ainu Nalu property. The grounds, including the pools, hot tub & BBQ areas were well-maintained; any staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful; security was evident and unobtrusive.

This rental condo is reasonably-priced. Vehicle parking is not included. Parking is an extra, optional charge by Aina Nalu on all units. There is a slightly better option at a lot directly across the street. You might read about parking on the street, but good luck with that.

This was our third visit to Maui. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodations. We had very good communications with Jill and her representative. Highly recommended.

Great location, great price

Like most places in Hawaii, there was some wear around the complex from the salty air, but the price and location are so great, it's worth staying here! The condo was clean and well stocked for our family. It was really nice to have beach/pool towels (8!), beach chairs, & a beach umbrella. We loved staying at this complex since you can easily walk to town for snacks (shaved ice or gelato!), dinner, or shopping. With young children, it was really nice to be able to walk to and from dinner instead of packing everyone into the car each night. The owner was also really helpful and coordinated with the baby rental agency so we had our crib waiting for us when we arrived!

Very aesthetically nice condo. Comfortable beds. Great location.

These condos are very nice and on a beautiful property. Very aesthetically pleasing condo unit. True to the photos. Very clean and in excellent repair. Everything seemed to work (tv, appliances, ac units, blow dryer,etc). Kitchen had all we needed. Nearby grocery store to stock up. Great location to town to walk to restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Louvre windows offered great circulation but poor noise insulation. It was a bit noisy the week we were there (Christmas holiday). Great having two bathrooms. Spacious showers but just small bar of soap so you will need your own soap and shampoo etc. In suite washer and dryer was a big bonus. Detergent was provided. Some boogie boards, beach chairs, toys were in the closet. We did not use the pool or BBQ facilities but they looked like nice options. Staff was insistent on shut down of pool and BBQ times for "quiet hours" so be sure your dinner is cooked in time. Owner was great via email with welcome and checking that all was going well. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

I did not think the travel size was too small. I truly appreciate when guests help me with this sort of thing.... thanks. As for xmas week, yes it is a busier time of the year.
