Lynden Street hide away
The property is centrally located, close to the airport, close to grocery stores and not far from town. The house was a older renovated home that was very comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen was nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances. We did enjoy the bikes and the putting green. It was the perfect stopping place for us.
This the second time we have stayed at this location. Both times have been enjoyable. The house is always clean and fully stocked. It is by a main street so just be aware there is noise, but after a day we did not even notice it.
Clean, accommodating, and exactly what we were looking for.
What an awesome home to stay in. It was spacious, clean, very up to date, and had a ton of amenities. The backyard was such an awesome space. We brought our dog and had treats and all we needed for her waiting for us. We came to Boise for my son's college Graduation. It was about 8 minuted from BSU. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling from out of state. Its centrally located and tons of space.
Perfect Place to Stay While in Boise!!!
Perfectly located by BSU, and close to everything. House was clean, updated and well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Homeowner was easy to contact and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Very nice home in Boise
We greatly appreciated staying at this home for nearly two months as we transitioned from a house that sold a little quickly to another that was slow to being finished.
It is a nicely remodeled 1960s rambler done in the mid-century style. Good for pets, the fenced backyard is nice. It is conveniently located as well if you are visiting anything around Boise.
The comments about road noise are correct, but I knew where the home was so I wasn't surprised. There are ear plugs on site and we used a white noise app on our phones and made it work.
Evolve and Jaime were great to deal with as well.
The Most Accomodating Home
My family and two dogs stayed here for a long weekend. This house was such a treat! So many great things to say about this home. The remodel work is outstanding, the home is so cozy and clean. The kitchen is clean and very up to date with all the things you may need to be in the kitchen. There were complementary trays in the bathrooms with all these we may have forgotten like toothbrushes, shower gels, etc,. We also had one in the kitchen for coffee and tea. The master bath had a spa shower with jets going down the wall. Awesome. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. For it being a dog friendly home I was very surprised that it did not have any smell of dogs. The doggy box we were treated with was so kind and thoughtful. It included a portable bowl, bowls for the home, towels, sheets (if they can't resist the furniture), treats, and tennis balls! The backyard was so fun, it had a small mini golf turf (balls and clubs included). The location of the home couldn't have been more perfect. So close to everything, yes the home is on a busy corner, but we were not once bothered with traffic or foot-walkers. We felt very safe and well respected in that home. The renter was quick on her phone, I had greeted her letting her know we arrived and got a response quickly. That made me feel as though I could reach out for anything during our stay. The parking space is shared with an apartment connected to the home, however, we saw their car once when we arrived, and for 6 days they were gone. If they did come home, we had no idea. The parking space was also a very large driveway on the side of the house, no problems there. We treated the home as if it were our home, not some rental. We have family in Boise, but we will definitely be staying there every chance we can when we visit. We loved that house!
