About Scott Lawrence

I am a third generation builder of fine homes. My grandfather would have built this craftsman home and it is an honor to be the owner!

Restoring the original style while adding contemporary updates allows my guests to appreciate the history while enjoying all the conveniences of current technology in home design.

I live nearby in a 1907 craftsman home which I recently restored in the historic Leschi neighborhood of Seattle.

Scott Lawrence purchased this house in 2012

Why Scott Lawrence chose Northwest

I chose Phinney Ridge for the charming quiet neighborhood character and easy access to downtown as well as the popular well established neighborhoods just north of the city. Fremont, Green Lake, Wallingford, Ballard, Queen Anne and the University Of Washington are all close by.

Families visiting their relatives appreciate this convenience as well as visitors who wish to be close to downtown and stay in a quiet, safe location within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and other services.

What makes this house unique

Spacious multilevel living space with great amenities the whole family can enjoy and the location!

The Woodland Park Zoo and Green Lake recreation area are two blocks away with many spring and summer activities to enjoy. Easy access to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and Music Experience Project at Seattle Center are a short drive or bus ride away.

There is easy access to the Elliott Bay waterfront with dockside restaurants, shops, water taxi and ferry service to Puget Sound and Victoria Canada, the Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Art Museum outdoor sculpture garden, waterside trails with wonderful views of the Olympic Mountains and Alaska cruise ship terminals. The Seattle Mariners, Sounders and Seahawks sports stadiums are within walking distance of the downtown waterfront.!

If this home is booked or you need more space see my other VRBO #453411 on this property or in nearby Ravenna Park just 1 mile north of the University of Washington and 3 miles east of this home. The VRBO listing is 344506.

Great location. Very clean home.

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. We had a great time. The home was perfect for us. I loved the privacy and space each family member had with the main floor and basement. Washer and dryer was great. We were there for a family wedding at The Woodland Park Zoo in The Rose Garden. It was a great location to stay at for this event. Close to downtown for those activities as well. Very very very clean home and that’s a big deal for me personally! Quiet neighborhood. Parking was not a problem. Someone even took our trash and recycling cans to the curb for us on pick up days. That was really nice I thought! Scott is very attentive, easy to reach and speak with. Great Home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Right off the highway generally speaking which was very convenient yet you never heard noise. Like I said, nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. Close to what felt like everything in a sense.

Lovely Home

This house was a great rental for my family get together in Seattle. It was conveniently located, beds were cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. All the charm of an older home.

Fremont - Woodland Park area. Quiet and walkable. Easy 4-5 blocks to a market. We used Lyft to go dowtown and waterfront. Owner was easy to reach and responsive.

Clean and Quiet

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with our 3 kids and 1 grandparent. Worked out great, everyone slept well. We were out and about so didn't do to much in the Fremont neighborhood but was happy there was always parking. This is a great place to stay, would highly recommend it.
