About the property

Welcome to our home. This 3 story well appointed home is a few steps from the beach, restaurants, pubs, food market/deli and the Promenade. It has amazing ocean and bay views from the main deck and master suite deck. It is a very spacious 4 bedroom 4 full bath home with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops in the kitchen. It is a great place for a family vacation at the beach. Desirable reverse living with the main floor on the second level and bedrooms on all 3 floors. There is enough parking for 3+ cars plus one car garage. 10 beach tags are also included.

On the first floor (foyer entrance level) there is a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. There is also a mini kitchen and a laundry room.

Second floor has a family room with LCD TV and a gas fireplace for cozy fall weekends. Comcast digital cable and secure upgraded wireless internet access is available. Family room opens up to a deck with a great ocean and bay view. There is also a spacious kitchen with a counter seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The adjacent dining room has a large table for family gatherings. There is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed, and flat screen TV.

On the third floor there are two bedrooms and a two full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed and a large flat screen LED TV. The large bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower plus a double sink countertop. It also has a private deck to sip a morning coffee or to enjoy a sunset wine. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.

Property is located within a short walking distance to the center of town. Looking for a nice dinner out, Sea Isle City offers a variety of fine restaurants within walking distance, or you can take a short drive over the bridge to enjoy many other fine choices in Avalon & Stone Harbor and don’t forget the quaint town of Cape May. Wildwood and Ocean City boardwalks are approximately a 25-minute drive.

Please bring your own linens and towels. Contact owner if you would like a referral for rental of linens, cribs, etc.

DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURE: All in season rentals (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are from Saturday to Saturday with a 2 PM check-in and a 11 AM check-out. Off season-rentals (Weekends, Holidays, and special events) are also available.

The lease agreement can be emailed to you for review, signature and return with the $500.00 security deposit and 1/2 of the rental amount. Fully signed agreement will be emailed back to you for your records. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. The receipt of your returned rental agreement & deposit will confirm your rental reservation.

Our family has been vacationing in Sea Isle City for over 7 years. We stumbled upon this town while searching for a new beach vacation location which had a center of town, family entertainment, and great restaurants. We found Sea Isle City and have loved it ever since. From the farmer's market on Tuesday mornings, nightly entertainment at Excursion Park , yoga on the beach and the amazing Promenade. We say it's the best kept secret.

A fabulous house and perfect location!

We rented this property for 3 weeks and completely enjoyed ourselves the entire time. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A perfect layout with a private guest quarter on first floor including an area with a mini kitchenette. A bedroom on the second floor, a spacious master bedroom on 3rd floor along with another bedroom with a full bathroom. The house has 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower!! The house is a short walk to the beach and close to some of the best restaurants on the island. The location is so perfect- a car is not necessary. You can walk or bike all over town. Would absolutely rent again. Loved this house!

We Will Be Back

We have found our yearly beach rental! The house was very well described and quite possibly better in person. Mark was extremely responsive as we approached our stay as well as throughout our time in their home. The house accommodated six adults, and three children/infants all under 2 years of age very comfortably. Having all four bathrooms was essential when everyone came back from the beach.

The proximity to the beach was key for us as we were taking such young children to and from the beach (multiple times a day). In general. . . We Will Be Back!

Clean, Modern Ammenities, Spacious, Great Location

This house is conveniently located steps away from the beach, promenade and local shops. When we had to use a car, it was never for more than a minute as everything is so close by.

Upon our arrival we were greeted to a clean home, 100% as described on the listing and everything in working order. The beach chairs and tags were a big bonus saving us the hassle.

The lot supported parking for 6 cars which was a major benefit for us.

The owner was professional and maintained communication throughout the process.

Highly recommend!!!

4 couples stayed at Mark's place for the weekend and had a flawless stay. Everything was absolutely perfect and just as the pictures showed. It was spotless clean when we arrived and Mark was readily available if I had any questions whatsoever. When my husband and I arrived home we both said - "we have to stay there again!!" Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

Great for 2 families!

Great place for 2 families. 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. 4 bedrooms with queen beds, the other with 2 twins. Block from the beach, block from a few restaurants at 50th street. Nice big washer & dryer made life easier. Owner was easy to get in touch with for minor questions. We will be back!!

Lovely home, well-kept and close to beach

House was lovely, modern, nicely decorated, and clean. Great location, could walk to some restaurants. Awning on deck was nice addition. Keyless entry was awesome! Easy communication with owner. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!
