We are so excited to be unveiling our new Moore House renovation to you guys this summer 2017 starting June 1st! This Family friendly & Pet Friendly Cottage (only a short bike ride to the beach with bikes provided :) is equipped with a oversized eat in kitchen, baby grand piano that was used by the pianist for the Boston Pops, Oversized dining area seating 12, Library Living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, oversized outdoor deck, game room with ping pong table, secret kids room, Fire pit, grill area, bikes, kayaks and a BRAND NEW HOT TUB!

Bedrooms consist of: upstairs Master bed with ensuite bathroom and sitting area, 1 queen size bedroom, 1 full size bedroom, and 1 Secret Kids Play room with 2 bunkbeds and 2 additional if needed.

This gorgeous 1940's Quonset hut was used in the war to store ammunition. Although all the ammunition has all been cleared out :) This house was in worse shape than them all! With only a handful left in the state and only a few thousand in the entire country we found it necessary to look after this little gem and restore it to its former glory. Not little any more with over 2600 sq ft, this unique home will be available for guests stays this coming summer starting June 1st. Only a quick bike ride to the beach in the provided bikes and kayaks this 4 bed, 2 bath is our favorite restoration yet! Stay tuned and check out our website to see all the before and afters.

My husband and I have always been Renovating & Restoring forgotten homes around the world. Recently we have settled in our gorgeous little new find 'Tiverton Rhode Island'! We love restoring old homes with a sustainable mindset and sharing them with our guests. Now our kids are almost grown up and they have joined in on all the fun!

When we found this forgotten home - it was almost a crumbled pile of timber. Yes thats right, it had been left for dead and we couldn't have that. After 2 and a half years later of blood, sweat and tears this became the perfect meeting place for our family! So much space for my kids and our furry family member to run around both inside and out this was the place that some of our most precious family memories were made.

Beautiful waterfront area Tiverton RI, The perfect undiscovered hub of Rhode island. Convenient to Newport & Little Compton and yet the heritage/ history is untouched.

Everything you need within the area from wineries, golfing, tennis, boating and water sports, farm tours, hiking & museums. Our favorite thing to do is get on the water as much as possible.

Our family is full service planning for our guests! Please let us know if you would like a picnic on the beach, a proposal sail, deep sea fishing etc.. We just love to host our guests and make sure they have the best time when staying in one of our cottages!
