we have high speed wifi in the house, but when you need to get out you can grab a burrito around the corner and excellent coffee, grocery, and restaurants are only a short walk away.
the last original orange packing plant is right beyond the backyard so i tend to describe the space as equal parts urban, rural and industrial. it can be quite peaceful, but at times we get typical downtown noise, so light sleepers be forewarned.
i work for a software company here in town and have several roommates. we usually cook together and are all extremely easy going and respectful.
the restoration is a work in progress and the dogs sometimes track in a lot of dirt. the guest bedroom is upstairs and is kept spic and span. it is equipped w/ AC and heat, wood flooring, a queen size bed, desk and fishing pole lamp.
POC and LGBTQ friendly.
bicycle available to borrow. bathroom is shared. guests have full kitchen privileges, including use of washer dryer.
Interaction with guests
you're welcome to join us for drinks on the front porch or dinner in the dining room, but if you prefer privacy, that's fine too.
I find bicycling around redlands ideal, but most people drive.
