2 bedroom apartment to sleep 6 near the beautiful beach of Porto de Mos

This luxury ground floor apartment is fully air conditioned complete with Wi-Fi and ideal for families and couples.

Apartment Ella comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and living/dining area. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out to a private terrace and garden. The second bedroom is a twin room with use of a bathroom situated in the hall and patio doors leading out to a terrace on the rear of the property. The living and dining area will comfortably seat 6 people with satellite TV a DVD player and a varied selection of DVD's, CD's and books. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.

There is a large communal pool area and Jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful gardens, with the sun on the patio throughout the day it's the perfect place to relax. The private gardens and pool are child friendly and are visible at all times from the apartment .

A little pice of Paradise

I cant say enough good things about Casa Ella. It was spotlessly clean, nicely laid out and well stocked. The welcome basket was the icing on the cake. The pool area was child friendly and had just enough going on to be exciting without being overly busy. It was just a short walk down to the beautiful beach (and restaurants) and a short drive into town, which had many great places to eat, entertainment and bags of history. This was our first trip to Portugal and we fell in love. We will be back again next year for sure.

Spotless, stunning apartment!

Very impressed! Lovely apartment - has everything you need including free wifi, iPod player, TV, great kitchen, nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi (non heated). Lovely welcome pack including some grocery essentials which was lovely especially if you arrive late when shops shut.

Location good- nice beach 5 -10 min walk. Need car to explore rest of Algarve.

A fabulous holiday home. Everything you could need was there. Location great with walking distance into Lagos. A perfect place to chill if staying around the apartment complex with a lovely stroll to a beautiful beach with the two lively restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend stayibg

Another fab stay in Porto de Mos!

This was our second stay in the apartment, having also stayed in summer 2015. It was just as we remembered, and we loved going back to the apartment and this area of Portugal.

The apartment is well stocked and in great condition. It has a lovely view of the pool area and the garden gets the evening sun which is great!

It is 5-10 mins walk to Porto de Mos beach and the cliff walk - which we only discovered this year but which is worth a visit for the great views!

As before, we hope to return next year as we all (family of 4 - kids aged 3 & 5) loved it just as much as last year!

Excellent apartment

We have just had a two month stay at this apartment and could not fault anything about it. Gary always responded quickly and courteously to (my many) questions, he really was a gentleman to deal with. Doreen was waiting for us on arrival and the apartment was spotless. Everything we could have needed was provided and the apartment is very comfortable.

The beach bar/restaurant CampiMar was excellent for food and drinks, watching the sunsets while sipping a cocktail and in Lagos at the Marina the Oasis cafe is a must for excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

A pleasant quiet winter stay

We spent two months, Feb. and March 2016, at Casa Ella. Ours was a two-month let at a time of year that we hoped would anticipate springtime in Canada. We were not disappointed, as we were not expecting summer weather, and the winter sun could be quite warm. Not enough for swimming in the lovely pool, but great for the patio.

First off, we need to express how much we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well equipped, clean and readily accessible (for septuagenarians). The underground garage was very easy to access, a rare feature when compared to surrounding apartment buildings. The apartment is blessed with a south-facing patio that provides sun most of the day.

We very much appreciated the ready access to the Porto do Mos beach (a 15-minute walk at our slower pace) and the unexpected pleasure of the walking trails on the cliffs. The walk toward Praia da Luz became one of our favourite activities, especially since we could access the trail in less than five minutes.

We had not realized how much we needed to get appropriate rest and exercise after a two-year bout of extreme activity for our age: births, weddings, sale and purchase of houses, etc. As a result a single feature of the apartment became a godsend: the exterior blinds that kept the sunshine out until we woke up - sometimes after 10 AM!

Communication with Gary was easy and dependable. We very much appreciated his food and drink "care package" that was left for us, which meant that after a transatlantic flight we did not need to scrounge around for a quick meal immediately upon arrival. We also appreciated the ready access to the property managers. Doreen and Fred were always friendly, efficient, helpful, and available with help and advice when there was something we needed.

We would strongly recommend this apartment for visitors who enjoy a quiet, peaceful winter stay, and yet be close enough to drive in quickly to Lagos or grocery stores. We would gladly return.

Lagos is the best known of the Western Algarve holiday resorts. It is a walled town with a natural harbour, has some great beaches and is rich in history.

The town boasts museums and a gallery and many good but reasonably priced restaurants. It has has an active modern marina and a zoo just outside the town.
