This luxury ground floor apartment is fully air conditioned complete with Wi-Fi and ideal for families and couples.

Apartment Ella comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and living/dining area. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out to a private terrace and garden. The second bedroom is a twin room with use of a bathroom situated in the hall and patio doors leading out to a terrace on the rear of the property. The living and dining area will comfortably seat 6 people with satellite TV a DVD player and a varied selection of DVD's, CD's and books. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.

There is a large communal pool area and Jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful gardens, with the sun on the patio throughout the day it's the perfect place to relax. The private gardens and pool are child friendly and are visible at all times from the apartment .

Lovely stay, in a quiet small complex.

Great apartment, could easily watch my 6 year old in the pool from the living room and terrace area. Lovely quiet area which suits families. You do need a car for access to the town center /restaurants. Lagos town centre has great cafés and shops. Took one of the many boat trips from the marina which was well worth it. The science museum in lagos was very entertaining and very cheap at 7 euros for 3 adults and one child.

Family friendly

This was our first holiday with our 15 month year old and Gary ensured we had everything we needed for when we arrived, with a fantastic welcome pack. The apartment was clean and really family friendly. Great location, 5 minute drive into Lagos old town and short walk to a fantastic beach. Car is recommended to explore the spectacular coastline and national parks in the area. We had a great holiday - thank you Gary!

Awesome Apartment, superbly maintained property

My wife and I have spent the last 21 winters (away from the Canadian cold) here in the Algarve and this apartment is by far the best that we have had the pleasure to live in. It is well equipped and has everything that one requires for a long or short stay. The patio overlooks the pool and beautiful gardens which provide a splendid backdrop for daily meals outside. The property is immaculate and superbly maintained by Fred and Doreen. We will be back again next winter, I highly recommend this apartment.

An excellent stay in a lovely apartment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay back in September in Casa Ella. All mod cons were available and the Jacuzzi Bath in the en-suite bedroom was a big hit. The apartment itself was spotless and roomy as were the grounds around it, meticulously maintained by the friendly staff.

The beach is only five minutes walk away and the path is paved almost to the beach with only the last 20 metres or so "Under Construction" on our visit. The beach itself is beautiful and spacious and you never feel that its crowded.

Two restaurants flank the entrance to the beach, our group enjoyed both, book as early as you can.

There are some nice cliff walks, going east to overlook Praia de Luz and going west to the lighthouse at Farol de Ponta da Piedade is in my view unmissable but it can get a bit tricky in places.

I would recommend hiring a vehicle at some point if your planning to explore more of the Algarve, I really wanted to visit the mountains at Monchique but a huge forest fire raging during our stay put paid to that but if you only plan on keeping it local the taxi services are more than adequate.

Casa Ella comes highly recommended and it'll be my first port of call on my next visit to Lagos.

Very nice place to stay

Well equipped very comfortable apartment with small private garden space.

We found it to have a home from home feeling.

Location is good a short walk or drive from the local beach. (Note the walk back is a slight uphill trek)

Apartments surround a nice pool area suitable for both adults and children.

Would strongly recommend and we hope to return.

A little pice of Paradise

I cant say enough good things about Casa Ella. It was spotlessly clean, nicely laid out and well stocked. The welcome basket was the icing on the cake. The pool area was child friendly and had just enough going on to be exciting without being overly busy. It was just a short walk down to the beautiful beach (and restaurants) and a short drive into town, which had many great places to eat, entertainment and bags of history. This was our first trip to Portugal and we fell in love. We will be back again next year for sure.

Lagos is the best known of the Western Algarve holiday resorts. It is a walled town with a natural harbour, has some great beaches and is rich in history.

The town boasts museums and a gallery and many good but reasonably priced restaurants. It has has an active modern marina and a zoo just outside the town.
