Townhome is well stocked by owner - wine, condiments, utensils, dishes, pans, etc., Well furnished on all levels to include all appliances.
Owner very helpful with minor repairs, questions, etc.

Amazing location, accommodations, and host!
I have been to Park City a few times now and this was my favorite accommodations by far! First of all, the host (Graham) is so helpful and kind. He is full of knowledge about the town and great recommendations on anything you can think of! The location is perfect. Every evening we would take a scenic 5 min walk to Main Street for dinner. Deer Valley is literally 3 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort is maybe 7min. Everything is so close!
The condo is comfortable with plenty of room for 3 adult couples. The hot tub is perfect after a long day on the slopes, and the place is stocked with everything you could need (including board games, maps of the slopes and town, and even bottles of wine left over from previous guests!). I will definitely stay here next time we are in town. It was PERFECT!

Amazingly well appointed!
We rented for the month of July, 2017. The home is particularly well appointed- even down to miscellaneous spices and utensils in the kitchen. Not at all typical of rental properties. The bedrooms are all nice sized and overall, it is very comfortable for a family or up to 3 couples. The home is only a 5 minute walk to Main Street and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort so it is perfectly located for many attractions. The back patio is large and nicely furnished with an outdoor dinner table and seating for 8. A great place for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. Graham, the owner is friendly, available, and responsive! We will rent again and recommend this location to anyone coming to Park City!
Perfect and picturesque, it's everything you need!
This was our first time to Park City and we could not have been more thrilled with our choice of stay. It's in the absolute perfect location, five minute walk to Main Street Park City and two minute drive to Deer Valley lift. The house has everything you need...three bedrooms, three and a half baths, hot tub, fire place, bunk beds for kids, spacious dining room and family room. The host, Graham, is a gracious gentleman that made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. He's a great guy who gave us plenty of local tips before and during our stay. If you're looking for thee perfect location and thee perfect sized house with all the needed amenities, this is your place. Thanks SO much Graham, we will definitely be back!

Come to ski, come back for the lifestyle. Park City has it all just steps away! Over 100 restaurants (many within walking distance), hiking and mountain bike trails right out the front door.
