Perfect location!! Newly built and renovated. Resort-style finishes and furniture. High-end Wolf Sub-Zero appliances, piano, pool, outdoor cooking and living area...very fun family home across from the beach. Better than on the beach, believe me. Outdoor shower, beach and pool toys, outdoor bbq and dining...it doesn't get any better.
What makes this House unique
Quiet and private. Secure yard for little kids. Beach kayak and other beach toys available. Walk to Kailua town, Kalapawai Market, Lanikai Beach, Whole Foods, etc. Take a bottle of wine down to the beach and enjoy the stars, and have your coffee the next morning on the beach at sunrise.

Great Family House
Our family of 8 ( a one year old and a 6 year old) had a wonderful time here. The four bedrooms with bathrooms and a/c worked well and the pool was a hit. We never got on top of ourselves and the beach was beautiful. The piano was a nice touch. Only con was the construction noise across the street that started at 7 am where structures had been demolished and the big lot was being cleared. Probably the noise will go down once the houses are further along. Knowing this would not have changed our plans. The owner was a good and fast communicator.
Large, comfortable home in a great part of the island
This house could not have felt more like home for me and my family. Very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. So close to the beach and so close to the town which has everything you could need, without the chaos of Waikiki. Owner was attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.
The house is one block from the beautiful beach. It’s the perfect location for a morning walk with coffee. The house is very comfortable & has all the amenities you would need. Chip is very personable & was only a call away if we needed anything. I highly recommend this house.

This is our second time back to Kailua in three years at this wonderful beach side home. The description regarding the location, layout and amenities can't fully describe how special this place is. We would recommend this home to any family or group without reservation.

Beautiful house, wonderful stay
We have rented many VRBO homes both in Hawaii and on the mainland, and by far this rental has been one of our very best experiences. Chip is so great to rent from, he is very organized as well as very friendly. Before we arrived he provided excellent communication, and while we were there he responded instantly via text to any questions we had.
The house is lovely. Beautiful huge kitchen, dining room and living room with big bright window doors overlooking the pool and nicely maintained back yard. Two separate TV viewing rooms provided lots of space for the family to stretch out. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, we slept great listening to the sounds of the waves at the beach. The beach is just a few steps away. And it is such a beautiful beach. Easy walk into town.
I definitely recommend this property to friends/family and I very much hope to have the opportunity to come back. It is my first choice for a rental in Kailua.

Our rental is in compliance with all City & County of Honolulu ordinances and laws, and we pay all required taxes. Our GET/TAT tax number appears below and is displayed in the house. Minimum stay is 5-nights, but the actual term for the rental agreement is 30-days, regardless of check-in and check-out dates or length of stay. This is a requirement of Honolulu City & County.
