Great stay

Excellent accomdations with the exception of the extremely soft mattress. We found it very uncomfortable but otherwise things were perfect. Also, we tried to contact the property manager for early check in and she never responded to the text or phone call. We assumed it's because there was someone staying there but we saw the last housekeeping day was 5 days prior to our arrival in the log in the unit. Bummer, it would have been very helpful.

Exactly as described - Nice place in the heart of Breckenridge

I booked this condo recently and was very happy about my choice to stay here. Location is an A. So close to Main street and all the best things to do in this cool mountain town. The owner stayed in touch as did the property manager. The beds and sheets were basic but floor plan and quality of condo was exactly as described. Hot tub on property was perfect too! Will consider staying here again if ever in the area. Thanks for a nice visit.

Excellent Stay

The condo was in the perfect location - one block from the pedestrian bridge to get you to main street (and also only one block to the liquor store if you need it!). The grocery store was only a few blocks as well. Their were 3 adults and 2 kids and the condo was the perfect size for us. We could have fit 2 more people too. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was a cooler, drizzly trip so we spent a lot of time in both hot tubs, which were perfect. The underground parking was nice, especially since the area got really busy for the holiday weekend. The manager of the place responded to my questions within 30 mins and took care of everything. I would highly recommend Brian's place!

Well-located, cozy condo unit right in-town

We had a fantastic time in Breckenridge (June 2016), which was complimented by a great stay at this unit. The unit is just as it is described -- located right in town and has a nice underground parking area, cozy living quarters, sufficient amenities, and is the perfect place if you're looking for an affordable option in town. We will certainly be coming back.
