I am living since 1966 in my property Barony Le Pergole.

Born in Germany, grown-up in Austria:Semmering and Netherlands: The Hague and Germany: Duisburg at the Rhine-river (with its biggest harbour inside of a country in the

world). Certified merchant. With ancestors as Sorben from West-Prussia, further from Greece, Italy, America and of course Germany. Living since 1966 in Lugano-Castagnola, one of the most beauftiful small cities of Europe and called also miniature- Rio de Janeiro because of its 2 mountains and see like in R.d.J., but with the advantage of the Swiss sovereignty.

Why Christel von Husen chose Lake Lugano

The BARONY is situated in a first class position very near to the

lake surrounded by a 4.000 m2 Mediterranean Park with very old

trees. There is a difference to the normal holiday homes and star-

hotels not only by the special position near to the lake and with

private street and the fine stile but also for that, that every

apartment has its own entrance (some also with 4 different),

what means a maximum of privacy. The BARONY is also

leaded by the owner, which lives on the ground in one of

the 2 single-villas and who is every time reachable for help.

The extraordinary Barony is situated first class within 70 m (airline) near Lake in Lugano-Castagnola = the most exclusive district of Lugano admidst a Mediterraneam treegarden between antique Oliven-footpath of Lugano to Gandria and the privat street / blind alley via Violetta. Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung trifft zu. Wer keine moderne Edelstahl-Plastik-Optik benötigt, kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Die geschmackvoll antike Einrichtung der Wohnung passt zum herrschaftlichen Ambiente des Anwesens und gibt dem Ganzen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Betten sowie das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind von hervorragender Qualität. Auf der privaten Terrasse nahe der Küche kann man in der Morgensonne frühstücken. Ab Mittag ist auch auf der anderen privaten Terrasse Sonne, die man auf Gartenstühlen oder Liegen genießen kann. Schließlich hat man die Möglichkeit, die Gemeinschafts Terrasse mit einem Traumblick über den Luganer See und dem Innenpool zu nutzen.

Parkplätze gibt es am Haus, für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge allerdings teilweise eine Herausforderung. Um Lugano zu erreichen, braucht man jedoch ohnehin keinen Pkw, da die Busse von der nahegelegenen Haltestelle jede halbe Stunde fahren.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht, findet diese hier reichlich.

Zuletzt ist zu erwähnen, dass wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aufgenommen wurden.
