About Owner/Manager

Anthonie and I have recently moved here after living in the Vancouver area for over 35 years. We have spent many summers camping with our 9 children and numerous grandchildren and enjoy the various activities offered in the Okanagan Valley. The climate is hard to beat, especially in the summer. For the past 15 years we have travelled to Kelowna for the Senior Boys Highschool Provincial Volleyball Championships hosted by UBCO and always considered this an area we would love to move to. Of course, having some of our children living here was also a great drawing card!

Why Owner/Manager chose Kelowna

We were looking for a property that was in a quiet neigborhood but near all amenities. This property is nestled on the Okanagan Golf Club and is a great get-a-way for some rest and relaxation. Golf at your front door for you avid golfers!

What makes this house unique

We love the open feeling of the home and the view of the golf course and mountains. Watching the seasons change has been spectacular. You are able to walk out the door and stroll down the quiet neighborhood or take the trail along the back of the ridge that leads you to the University. You can also walk to the Golf Course and stop at the Bogata Cafe for a delicious lunch.

Guestbook comments from the owner

I was here in Kelowna for a long week of work and was lucky enough to stay in your beautiful home. Thank you both for your warm hospitality.

Excellent family home

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our bedroom was large with a comfortable bed, sheets and pillows and we both slept well. We had our own large private bathroom supplied with all necessary amenities.

The breakfast was plentiful and fulfilling and made more enjoyable with some lively conversations with our hosts.

Highly recommended as a home from home.

Great location, with comfortable rooms and friendly hosts.

  • 4 of 5

We spent just one night, arriving at 5.30pm and left at 10am the next morning after a hearty breakfast. We found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. After arriving, we unloaded the car and went for dinner at Gray Monk winery, which was a recommendation of the hosts and we had a very enjoyable dinner amidst perfect views.

A great time was had by all and we would definitely consider staying there again, if visiting in that area.

We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful experience during our short stay at Quail Ridge Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were exceptionally considerate to provide us an extra room. We actually felt something special vibe about this house as we were relaxing in the living room. We greatly appreciated Anthonie's hospitality as Anthonie was willing to offer us early breakfast.

Overall, it was a great experience!

Excellent B & B

  • 5 of 5

My friends (visiting from the UK) and I stayed at the Quail Ridge B & B on 18th and 19th August. What a gem of a location! The accommodations are superb and Anthonie and Harmina make an excellent host and hostess. They were welcoming and fun. As for the breakfasts, they were so, so good. I am going to write Anthonie and ask him to send me the recipes for his bread and the apple cinnamon filling for his crepes. This is a great place to stay if you visit Kelowna. The next time I visit, this is where I plan to stay if they have vacancies.

Clean and Comfortable with Very Friendly Host

  • 5 of 5

The house looks pretty new and faces a beautiful golf course. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was at the end if July and the weather is a little bit hot. We were delighted to find the inside is air conditioned. It's quite at night and we all had a good sleep. Anthonie and Harmina are very nice and friendly. We are totally satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back if will be in the area.
