I am originally from Chicago and relocated to Scottsdale, AZ to finish my education. Upon the completion of that started a business ' Evening Star Limousine. Scottsdale has so much to offer including the escape of cold, snowy winters. Although well traveled there is nothing like coming home to Scottsdale!!!

Why Kimberley Calvetti chose Old Town Scottsdale

The unit is very special because it was purchased primarily as a comfortable place for personal friends to stay so they had privacy while visiting from all over the world. I have been in business for a number of years in Downtown Scottsdale & love the community feel that Scottsdale offers. The unit doesn't get rented much so it has allowed me to provide a few extra touches that often rentals don't have.

What makes this condo unique

The reason I chose this property was because it is located not far from my main residence and office in Downtown Scottsdale. The grounds are maintained beautifully and there's nothing like being on the edge of all the activities Downtown has to offer but yet be able to retreat to a relaxing comfortable atmosphere to rest in. The R & R of this unit is amazing!

Convenient place to stay in Scottsdale

We spent two weeks at the condo. The condo is clean, well stocked with linens, has easy pool access, and location is very convenient to all the fun places in Scottsdale. Although we did not walk to any of the restaurants or museums parking in Scottsdale was never an issue. The washer/dryer is in a laundry room on the property and the cable is access to local channels.

Perfect location- very clean!

We came for the Phoenix Marathon and met Kimberley at the condo after our plane landed. She gave us a quick tour and showed us where everything was. The condo has all the necessities plus some and was very clean! The location is awesome as we were able to walk to shopping (mall is right across street), restaurants/bars and Old Town Scottsdale. We also walked to the trail along the canal where you can walk, bike or run. We highly recommend this rental as you won't be disappointed!

Great Place to Stay in Scottsdale!

We recently stayed here for a week in January and enjoyed every moment of this perfectly appointed condo. The weather was a little chilly and grey, but we were perfectly comfortable tucked up inside this lovely condo. Kimberley met us at the condo to conduct a walk through and provide us with the key. The layout of the unit is perfect with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and the living room, kitchen and half bath on the main floor. I can't say enough about the location of this condo. We walked over to several restaurants by Fashion Square and to the Phoenician for breakfast. Had the weather been better, we would have walked into Old Town. However, with Uber pickup right outside the front door, we never really even needed a car!

Our communication with Kimberley throughout the entire process and stay was first rate. I inquired about an iron; she responded in 5 minutes letting me know where to find it. I sent a text another day about the laundry room key; she responded in less than 2 minutes with the information. We couldn't ask for better service at a five star hotel.

A couple items to note: 1) The street noise from 68th is a little louder in the front bedroom in the morning. We used a fan we found in the closet to create white noise to alleviate that problem. 2) The tub is truly awesome! I used it a couple times during our stay to ward off the chill. Because it's pretty deep, you need to exercise care when stepping in and out of the shower. The new floor mat definitely helped that.

Very clean

This is our third time staying in this condo. I am a little picky and everything about it was great .It has easy pool access, location is very convenient, it is clean and well stocked and I appreciated the high quality sheets !

Also, Kimberly is easy to work with , very professional and organized

Great Location and Very Clean Condo!

I stayed at this condo with my girlfriend and best friend. We were all in town for my sisters wedding and decided to come a few days early to catch some spring training games. The location is great, you can walk to many bars, restaurants and the Scottsdale mall. When we arrived Kimberly was sweet and professional. I am an extremely clean and particular person. This condo was just as described. We had a great time. Also, we were in a hurry to get to Sunday brunch with the wedding party and I left behind my jacket. Kimberly was kind enough to send to to Denver for me! What a great lady! I will definitely be staying at one of Kimberly's properties next time I am in town for a visit! Thank you Kimberly!
