Welcome to our newly built, open and spacious home.

The house is located in the beautifully landscaped and gated community of Provence. With in a mile of the University of Phoenix stadium, Gila River arena and West Gate Center.

The home is a single level, split floor plan, 1500 sq ft. house. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 car garage.

One bedroom is located to the front of the house and the other to the back. Between the bedrooms is an open and spacious kitchen, living and dining area.

Each bedroom is large, spacious and nicely decorated with its’ own private full bath and walk in closet. Both are furnished with comfortable queen size beds, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, clock, dresser and TV.

Each bathroom is supplied with a hair drier, bath and hand towels, and a limited supply of toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. One of the many added features of our home is the large walk in shower in the bath of the second or back bedroom (Master). It adds a nice touch of class and elegance to the Master bedroom. The shower in the bath of the front bedroom is a standard shower/tub combo.

The kitchen opens out to the living and dining room areas. It has all stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher) and a large spacious granite counter tops with dark wood cabinets. It's fully equipped with just about anything you might need to prepare a home cooked meal.

• Pots, pans, cookie sheets and casserole dishes

• Plates, bowls , glasses, cups, silverware & cooking utensils

• Coffee maker, toaster, blender

• Salt, pepper and assortment of spices

• Dish towels, soap and a limited supply of paper towels.

There is plenty of space to spread out what you’ve cooked or picked up from one of the many local restaurants or even had delivered.

The living room features a comfortable simulated leather couch and chair, 50” flat screen TV and nice wood coffee and end tables. If you’re looking to relax in front of the TV, there are over 300 satiate provided channels to choose from along with a DVD player. For additional sleeping space the couch pulls out to provide a full size bed if needed.

The dining area has a nice wood table with high back and padded seat chairs. The table expands if needed and there are chairs to accommodate seating for 6.

The home is designed to bring the outdoors in, but at the same time provide complete privacy. The living room has five, almost floor to ceiling windows and off the dining area is a three panel, floor to ceiling sliding glass door that leads out to the trellis covered patio. The patio is equipped with nice furnishings and seating for four along with and a gas BBQ. It’s a nice place to relax, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails.

Towards the back of the house is a half bath and laundry room. The laundry room, which leads out to the two car garage, is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The front door steps out into the community park that features a beautiful fountain and open green grass area. The park is bordered with trees to provide shade for those warm sunny days. A few doors down at the other end of the park, is the playground and gated community pool.

The house is equipped with softened water, free WiFi, iron and board, and phone (local calls only).

The home is located within a mile from:

• University of Phoenix Stadium – Home of the Arizona Cardinals

• Gila River Arena – Home of the Phoenix Coyotes

• Cabelas – World’s Foremost Outfitter

• Westgate Center – Shopping, Bars, Restaurants and Entertainment. Just to name a few: Yard House, McFadden’s, Saddle Ranch, Johnny Rockets, Cold Stone Creamery, Just Sports, Fossil, AMC Theater, Fountain Park (Kids can play in the fountain and everyone can enjoy live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night all for FREE)

• Tanger Outlet Mall – 60+ stores.

The house is also conveniently located to numerous other activities and attractions such as:

• MLB spring training facilities(Camelback Ranch - 5 miles, Peoria Sport Complex - 8 miles)

"Our family had a wonderful 12 day stay in this condo. This condo is in a great location, close to Westgate, the Tanger Outlet Mall and the I- 101 loop. There was a welcome note and a bottle of wine for us. Jay had left a binder with all the info we needed about shopping and what to see and do in the area. The photographs of the condo were exactly as they showed on the Internet; it was amazingly clean, very spacious and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the private outdoor sitting area and the community pool. The condo was well stocked with spices, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Jay was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this condo to family and friends and anybody who is looking at this vacation home. Thanks Jay for sharing your home with us."

Loved the property. It was very clean and quiet.

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean and the area was very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals, which we loved. (Of course we had to bring our own food.) One of our favorite parts was the patio, we loved grilling and being outside. We went to a Cardinals game while we were there and it was nice that we could just walk to the stadium. This property was close to lots of stores and shopping areas. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and Close

The condo was upgraded with all the amenities available. Directions were great the key was perfectly placed and it is very close to a major shopping center, restaurants, and most of all for us the football stadium. Jay was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine, which of course we drank, and notes and an extra key on the table.

If you are going to Glendale to a football game this is the condo to stay in. It is an end unit that is right when you get through the gate so ease of entry and exit is wonderful.

Can't say enough and I have no negatives to say at all. Thanks Jay

Great place to stay

Jay and Kelly were very easy to work with. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay at the condo. We were there for 4 days. Everything was great the beds were comfortable and there was enough dishes and pans to make what we needed to. Extra stuff in the pantry if we needed it. The house was very clean no problems. The instructions they sent us were perfect very helpful. The condo is right by the stadium we could walk there. We would definitely recommend this place to others and will stay there again.

The home was in a great location so convenient to shopping,entertainment, and dining. We found the home in pristine condition, we were quite impressed with how clean and comfortable the home was. The home had everything you could possibly need or want for convenience and the homeowner was quick to reply to any questions you might have.

Overall we had a great stay and would most definitely stay again.

Wonderful

I was very pleased when I walk through the front door well let me say when I drove up to the gate when I open the front door the house look exactly like the pictures it was clean and very nice the neighbors was wonderful only regret is that I didn't have enough time to stay in the house with all the training far as the owners they were reachable whenever I needed Jay so that was great also. I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend staying at this home having Nothing but good to say we all were very impressed and happy so Thank you again Jay & Kelly

Great location - Impecibly maintained.

The property was even better than portrayed on the VRBO web site. Great communication with the property owner with prompt responses to our questions. Great, convenient location to many local points of interests. Outside appearance and landscaping is great. Property was very well maintained. Even though located in a gated community, there were many periods of time during our one month stay when the entrance gate would not close/operate and would stay open (this is a maintenance issue with the Home Owners Association). For those visitors coming from non urban or normally quiet areas, this location is very noisy and does not allow for quiet evenings on your patio or poolside. A major north - south Glendale thoroughfare, 91st Avenue is less than four hundred feet from the front door of this home. This is a 24/7 high noise issue. Multiple permanent residents (one across the street) operate very loud Harley-Davidson motorcycles at all hours of the day - absolutely no consideration for the other residents. No home windows were opened during our stay, yet noise levels were still very high. Glendale Airport is located near by - many flyovers during the day.

Owner's Response: Sorry for the inconveniences and I have to say you seemed to have a string of bad luck during your stay. The gate has been having issues closing and the HOA has been working diligently with the contactor to get the gate fixed. To the best of our knowledge the problem has been corrected. Noise, well that can be a level of personal judgment. The feed back we've received at this point has not indicated the area to be noisy. Depending on where your from, city life could be a little noisier and the stars in the sky not quite so plentiful and bright. Thanks for staying at our home and hope you consider us next time your visiting the area
