Scott Miley, Scott Miley Roofing and Jane Rosen, Assessment and Compliance Services and two children are long term area residents and local business owners. We love living here and enjoy the many activities and wonderful community. Scott is a 20 year volunteer for the Hailey Fire Department and more recently with the Wood River Land Trust and Jane Volunteers with the Blaine County Museum.

This property is located next door to our home. We have lived in this area for 20 years and love its many benefits. Being located on the bicycle path is a great benefit, not only for the ease of use of the bike path, but it creates a great view-shed and gives more privacy (no back yard neighbors). We look forward to sharing the area's many attributes with our visitors. Being located next door will allow us to share our many 'Toys' and to easily help out with any visitor needs.
What makes this House unique
In addition to the location on the bicycle path, being located in town is a great benefit. Being able to walk to town, summer and winter for activities, as well as errands (grocery shopping, etc.) is so nice. We love the proximity of wonderful music events, theater, restaurants, hiking, skiing, ice hockey, water fun, etc. Watching beautiful sunsets from the back deck and having the sheep walk by your home each summer is always a treat!

We utilized this home for the start and end of a backcountry ski trip in the area. The location was perfect, the hosts were very accommodating, and the space was wonderful for our group of eight. Highly recommend if you're visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay. Scott and Jane where very gracious to allow me to change dates at the last minute due to a family emergency. Highly recommend working with these owners. Every thing was great
Hailey vacation house
We enjoyed a comfortable stay at this house over the holidays. The owners were helpful and quick to respond, when needed. The house had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity came up.
We were looking for a place to stay for a hockey tournament and couldn't have found a better place. Super convenient and comfortable, especially during the snowstorm. Scott stopped by the last morning of our stay to snowblow the driveway and allowed us to check out late to accommodate us hanging out at the house between games the last day of the tournament. So much better than a hotel for so many reasons. Will definitely try to stay there again the next time we are in town for hockey. Just hoping the rest of the team (who were pretty envious of our accommodations) don't beat us to it.
Close to town, next to the bike trail, everything we needed for a wonderful white Christmas!
We enjoyed staying at this lovely 3 bedroom rental in Hailey. It was easy to walk into town or walk on the bike trail in the back yard. It was easy to drive into Ketchum, but much nicer to be staying in a quieter community. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us, our teens and my elderly in-laws. It was great to have a garage to park in and have a dog-friendly place. We appreciated the suggestions on what to do, where to eat, where to go, etc. We enjoyed going to the free Christmas eve ice show at Sun Valley Lodge with hot chocolate, cider, and cookies. We walked around afterwards looking at the cool ice sculptures. We liked the ice skating rinks in Hailey - both free and indoor and both with skates to use. There was lots of snow. We used the snowblower they had in the garage, but the owners had the driveway plowed out afterwards. The home was clean and in good condition. The rooms each had their own heat control which was great as we all have different preferences. The 3 cable TV's were also nice. We were thrilled to see the large herd of elk hanging out in the fields between Hailey and Ketchum. We got breakfast at Smiley's and coffee at Java's. The town of Hailey did a good job of keeping the streets plowed. Scott and Jane were very helpful. I highly recommend this home to others.
This comfortable home is in the perfect location in Hailey- located on the bike path (cross country skiing during the winter) and walking distance to town and area parks. Also close to the new Campion Ice House (ice/hockey rink) in Hailey. It is a quick bus or car ride to Sun Valley Ski Area and its amenities.
