Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a wonderful stay at this house. Very clean, close access to BC and Vail. Nice private setting.
My family and me stayed at this house for our christmas week vacations and we had a wonderful time. The acomodations in the house are great, very spacious. Lots of board games for kids to play, nice fireplace and outdoor grill. Definitely recommend this house and would gladly go back.
Beautiful place! Comfortable, lots of space to hang out, great kitchen, patio, etc. I would stay here again. We had family staying in other condos in the area, and when they stopped by, they all said it was a beautiful place.
It was quiet and a perfect get away. The creek behind added a bonus in providing a peaceful sound at night.
We had a wonderful stay at this location in Avon.
The pictures do not reflect how nice this rental unit is.
The kitchen and dining areas are amazingly clean and well stocked with all
necessary gadgets for meal preparation. We are a family of 5 and this retreat location allowed our 3 boys there own room which made for our adjustment to a ski in/out condo in Breckenridge the following week painful. The living area is great for relaxing, reading or watching March madness basketball games. The card table made for a wonderful digital escape for gaming. The washer and dryer worked well and the spa was very relaxing after skiing. The chlorine level was a bit high however, but still very comfortable. Best of all, it was really easy to access Beaver Creek which was much more charming and enjoyable than Vail. We ended up skiing 3 days at BC and 1 at Vail. Many thanks!
