This typical countryside villa is located in a peaceful and nice area of Pollença (North Mallorca) between the sea and the mountains. The house is about 1km away from the old village of Pollença on a small estate. The distance to the 9-hole golf course of Pollença is approx. 5km. The quiet bay of Cala de San Vincente is at 6km and there are 7 km until the beaches of Port de Pollença. The house is surrounded by a beautiful 800m2 Mediterranean garden with orange, lemon, olive and palm trees, and is completely laid out on the ground floor with 144m2 living surface plus additional terraces (66m2). The house contains 3 bedrooms, a room for children with a cot and an office with computer and internet facilities. There are also 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a kitchen with a Mallorcan open kitchen chimney and a dining table for 8 people. The house has also a roofed terrace with a barbecue and a private swimming pool.

Excellent !!!

Excellent property, exceeded it's description. Spotless, spacious, all facilities present and working, very helpful owner. Nice pool, gardens not overlooked. Lovely quiet area, but a car is essential. Couple of minutes drive to Pollenca, a quite town with excellent restaurants. Nice beaches a few miles drive. This villa was slightly more expensive than others, but well worth the extra.

Einfach klasse!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und werden von den Eigentümern selbst gepflegt. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Handtuchwechsel 2 x in der Woche, Bettwäsche 1x pro Woche. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit durch die Vermieter gut betreut. Pollenca ist mit den Auto ca. 5 Minuten und zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe, ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg, befindet sich das argentinische Restaurant La Boca. Dort kann man gut essen zu vernüftigen Preisen. Alles in allem: Ein super Urlaub!

From the airport of Palma de Mallorca take the motorway to Inca and Alcudia. Take the exit to Pollença and Sa Pobla. At the roundabout, take the road to Pollença. When arriving to Pollença, at the second roundabout (Pto Pollença and Lluc) take direction La Font (second exit of the roundabout, beside Galeries Vicenç and some tall cipres trees). Continue straight ahead 300m approx. and turn on the second right. 'Can Marti Volanti' is 100m further on to the right.
