Completely Renovated 2br 2.5 Bath Condo With Panoramic Ocean Views.

Two level condo with a gourmet kitchen, new furniture, new baths, split AC units, two 16' terraces each with amazing ocean views of Buck Island and the East. End unit gets great breezes and offers more privacy. Dine on the terrace or in the totally updated and well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful cabinets. An on-site restaurant if you don't want to cook. Large pool and mature landscape create a tropical paradise. Close to golf, beaches, and historic sites.

This unit was totally renovated in 2016 with new wiring, plumbing, fixtures, and furnishings. Split AC units in each bedroom and the upper great room offer quiet comfort for those days when the Caribbean breeze isn't enough.

Two bedrooms downstairs - One king and one queen. Each bedroom has a private bath. Pull-out sofa in living area can accommodate 2, but is probably best for children.

About Michele Freiburghouse

My husband and I grew up in MA. We moved to NJ in 1996 then we had an opportunity relocate to St. Croix in 1998. My husband Bob worked at Good Hope School as the Director of Technology and I (Michele) worked at various establishments as a Massage Therapist and Fitness Trainer. We love the island and the people. Unfortunately, due to health reasons we had to return back to the mainland in 2009. We currently live in Chapel Hill, NC.This year we purchased the condo and renovated it so that we have a second home on the island we love. It is available for rent in those weeks that we can not use it.

Coakley Bay Condos are ideally situated on the East end of the island close to restaurants, golf, and beaches. Sailing and fishing charters operate from nearby Green Cay Marina. The condos have an on-site generator and water purification plant and are well maintained. The on-site restaurant and pool are convenient. The mature tropical landscaping and arrangement of the buildings create beautiful views and great breezes.

What makes this condo unique

This unit has the best views of Buck Island and the East and avoids the hot afternoon sun that affects some units. Because it is an end unit it captures the trade wind breezes and seldom needs AC.

Great condo!

We recently stayed in this nicely renovated Coakley Bay condo. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Bathrooms were a bit small, but we had a great time and would rent this condo again!

Wow!

It is hard no to be awed by the incredible 270 degree view off the deck of this wonderful home. From the sun rising over the eastern hills to an amazing view of Buck Island and the azure blue water in between, it doesn't get any better than this. The house has all the amenities you need including a well-stocked kitchen, towels, coolers, skim boards, internet, and a good selection of DVD's and books. The owners, Bob & Michelle, were very responsive throughout the rental process, quickly replying to any questions we had. They really went above and beyond our expectations when the blender broke one night and the property manager knocked on our door within an hour of our email with a replacement! All six of us (2 adults and 4 teens) thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks for making this a memorable vacation!

Love St. Croix!

Everything was perfect! The house is very well equipped for a rental, the location is great and the view absolutely took our breath away. The property was very clean and well-maintained, the owner and property manager returned our calls immediately and were very helpful. The great thing about ST. Croix is that there are so many different beaches to go to, two great golf courses and wonderful restaurants that we were always busy during the day and enjoyed getting back to the house for a beautiful sunset. I would recommend this house to everyone and I hope that we will be able to get back soon!

We are 6 miles from Point Udall, the easternmost tip of the United States, and have lots of beaches and restaurants within a 4-6 mile radius. Divi Carina Bay Hotel and Casino is 5 miles east of our home. There are 3 golf courses on the island. The Reef, a 9 hole golf course, is 2 miles east and The Buccaneer Hotel 4 miles to the west has a beautiful 18 hole golf course. The third golf course is the 18 hole Trent Jones-designed Carambola on the west end of the island. There are water sports activities in nearby Christiansted. Snorkeling, diving tours, day sails, fishing and trips to buck Island are all available.
