This 210 square meter (2300 square feet) five-bedroom five-bathroom townhouse is located steps from Saint Sulpice, Saint Germain des Près, and the lovely Jardin de Luxembourg. The house is found on one the most prestigious addresses in Paris - the elegant, quiet, wide and very safe Rue de Tournon (also home to the French Senate and the Garde Républicaine). The residential part of the townhouse is located on the 3rd to 6th floors. The bottom floors are occupied by a discrete art gallery open only by appointment.

All was fully renovated recently by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with Lacanche stove, granite counter tops, and stocked with Gien china (a renowned French brand), antique oak and slate floors, exposed wooden beams, custom wood library, and luxurious bathrooms finished in travertine, antique teak floors, tumbled marble tiles, and with Horus faucets.

All bedrooms are quiet and face to an interior courtyard.

The apartment has a west exposure and the living rooms, dining room and terrace (which can seat up to 12 people) are flooded with sunshine all afternoon until sunset (which occurs around 10pm in the summer!).

There is air conditioning in all rooms.

The flat can sleep up to 11 people (including an air bed for one person).

Light daily cleaning (except Sundays) is mandatory and included in the price. Full cleaning at the end of your stay is also included.

For security purposes, the flat is not recommended for children below 7-years old. Should you want to bring a child, you will be requested to sign a letter acknowledging that you take full responsibility.

Please note that Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 are accessed through a covered outdoor passageway on the fifth floor. The passageway is approximately 3-4 meters (10 feet) long, covered by a permanent roof and in the winter on the sides by chic Moroccan tenting material. See fifth floor floorplan below - specifically the passageway between the kitchen and bedrooms.

This apartment is ideally situated in the middle of all the best that the left bank has to offer! Rue de Tournon is the continuation of the very central Rue de Seine, which runs through the heart of St Germain des Pres. The closest metro stops are Odeon and Mabillon, both which are a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. The beatiful Jardin de Luxembourg is a one minute walk away from the flat as is the Eglise Saint Sulpice. The Carrefour de L'Odeon is a two minute walk away, and a little farther (five minutes on foot) is the Eglise Saint Germain and Cafe de Flore.

Hard to do better than this well cared for and very comfortable apartment

Our party of 5 took both upper and lower flats and everyone had their own comfortable space. The common areas are really special- we spent most of our time in the top floor kitchen/dining area. Wonderful big kitchen and table. Kitchen is very well outfitted.

You simply can't do better than this location; lots of great restaurants, bakeries (Gerard Mulot is one of the best bakeries in paris, is less than 5 minute walk!) and of course shopping in the Saint Germain area.

Highly recommended!

My husband and I chose Paris as the place to bring our family and be married. We had the three bedroom flat as well as the two bedroom flat below. We arrived a day or so before the rest of our family and quickly fell in love with this flat. It felt like home from the start and even more when our families joined us. The location could not have been better! So many great cafe and restaurant choices close by as well as bakeries, we were taking a short walk for fresh croissants and cafe noisette each morning. The kitchen is chef quality and very user friendly. The Luxembourg Gardens are a very short walk from the door of the flat and offer a beautiful opportunity to relax and for children to play.

Yes, there are many stairs in the flat, but as we discovered, there are many stairs in Paris in general. Two of the couples in our group were over the age of 65 and they were able to manage the stairs with no issues. In fact, the stairs inside the three bedroom apartment were some of the most beautiful features.

Everyone in our group commented many times how perfect the flat was and how comfortable it was and felt like home. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris and seeking a quiet, nice, safe and convenient location.

The owner was very accommodating, friendly and communicated and responded to my communication very quickly. He gave us a recommendation of transportation from the airport and we used them for each arrival. We could not have been more pleased with the experience overall.

We will be back to this beautiful apartment now that we have found our "second" home in Paris. The location is perfection - near transportation, walking distance to Notre Dame and Luxemborg Gardens, sublime bakery and food/wine vendors one block away for morning treats and afternoon aperitifs. There is no better way to enjoy Paris. We traveled with a group of 10 so we booked both apartments for a week and were pleased with the amenities. We ate breakfast each morning together and had a private chef one night as well as several nights of take away food which we enjoyed at the large table in the big apartment and out on the terrace. Opening a bottle of wine on the terrace while watching the Eiffel Tower light up was a highlight of our trip - and we spent nearly every night doing the same thing as the view is outstanding. The owner Ludovic was so welcoming to work with and the caregivers Choi and Amy are available for help if need be and tidy up daily which is an incredible treat. Our young adult/teenage kids are already planning to bring their families to this location in the future. The only downside is you have to leave at some point - but like us you will want to return. A Bientot Paris! Merci Ludovic!

A true Parisian experience!

Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris (St. Germain /odeon ) this apartment is certainly a place to stay!! The apartment is beautiful decorated with great taste and we found it was very cozy. The terrace is to die for! Can't wait to come back for a nice summer day it has beautiful view to the Senate. what we found the best of the apartment is the location!! (It's just 2 min walking from Jardin du Luxembourg that is perfect to go have a run and Also go to the museum where there are always great exhibitions, you are 5 min walking from St. Sulpice and all that beautiful area for great shopping and 5/10 min Walking to all the area of Odeon where all the many delicious and trendy restaurants are located as well as the cinemas. We would recommend also to have a cafe at the Plaza of Theatre de l'odeon stunning place! We want to come back soon!!

A wonderful apartment wth great taste: the best choice to enjoy Paris

My wife and me have stayed in the apartment for one week, and it has been the best experience we ever had in Paris. Forget luxury hotels: this apartment has the comfort of a luxury hotel but it gives instead the best real experience of genuine French taste.

It is a Parisian real-life experience because it is a real-life apartment rebuilt and furnished by the host as his own apartment, and you can see this in every details. Right in the center of Saint Germain, with great access to the city with underground very close and everything you need right in the area.

Perfect for romantic getaways, we will remember it.

We will return there next time we are in Paris for sure.

Those rates are our lowest rates. Please contact us for an accurate quote which will vary depending on the length of stay, the time of year, etc.

Rates include light daily cleaning and full cleaning at the end of the stay. Should you stay less than a week, you will get charge the cleaning fee.

Those rates are for a maximum of 10 person occupancy. Each additional guest, if permitted, will be charged 100 euros per night.

To book the house, you need to pay 50% of the rental charges upfront. This 50% deposit is non refundable.
The remaining 50% needs to be paid 4 weeks before check in day and is also non refundable once paid.
We accept payments via the HomeAway/ VRBO platform, paypal or direct bank transfers.

Right before checking in, we require that you send us the security deposit (3000 euros). We will send you a Paypal invoice and you will simply need to pay with your credit card. Paypal is best as it does not charge any fees on either side when the money is credited back to the same account. Should Paypal be complicated, you could also pay this deposit with a credit card via the HomeAway/ VRBO platform.
This security deposit will be returned to you upon your departure so long as the apartment is in good condition.
