Newly remodeled on the beach Family Paradise 2BR/2bath Sleeps 7 comfortably
This is a (clean!) owner operated unit. No check in hassles at the Sterling front desk, corporate fees/charges or marginal maid service.
Not a "cookie cutter" unit. Custom cabinets, floors and tastefully decorated. We have furnished our two (2) bedroom and (2) bath condo in the way our family enjoys for beach vacation getaways. We normally maintain a seven day minimum Saturday to Saturday model from the last Saturday in May to the second Saturday in August. All other times it is a three day minimum.

Splash 1502W is our little 'Sandcastle in the sky' that will give you that happy beach feeling both outside and inside. Although we do our best to keep the sand outside ;-).
It features unique comfortable beach themed furnishings throughout completely upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances and full size Washer and Dryer. Freshly painted with new tile plus black out draperies so you can sleep in, if you feel like it. Definitely not the same 'rental packages' found in most beach condominiums. Comfortable accommodations for seven (7) people in beds are provided. Dad will appreciate the comfortable lazy boy recliner in the great room.
1502W is located in the West tower on the 15th Floor - we're near the west end of the building and away from elevator and pedestrian traffic.
The comfortable, sofa queen pull-out in the Great Room features a pleasant Gulf view with balcony access.
The Kitchen table can sit 6 comfortably and is perfect for family meals or provided board games.
The bedrooms and Great Room are complete with attractive ceiling fans that help you cool off during those hot summer days. The entertainment center in the greatroom has an electric fireplace to warm up winter vacationers after a swim in our five , year round heated pools
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed with pillow top mattress. It also features a giant glass door that easily opens to the smell, view and the sound of the emerald coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Second Bedroom features a comfortable twin over full Bunk bed. The kids can sit on the bed and watch their own 3D TV. It is far enough away from the Master Bed Room and Great Room to give the adults some privacy. The closet in the second bedroom has a selection of board games for those rare rainy days to help entertain everyone or you can visit our well equipped arcade down by the Condo office.
The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters with new custom cabinets and is completely equipped with utensils, coffee maker, electric appliances, cookware, bake-ware and storage ware. The kitchen is equipped with all that you would expect in your own home and everything you need to conveniently prepare meals to accommodate special diets and avoid the high cost of eating out.
Both clean and attractive bathrooms include granite countertops, new cabinets and combination bathtub/showers. Color-coordinated towels and other decorative accessories provide the finishing touches! There is also great water pressure and plenty of hot water to wash off the Gulf of Mexico at the end of the day.
1502W also features full size Washer and Dryer for those days when you need to freshen up clothes, linens, towels as well as dry the provided beach towels.
The Balcony stretches outside the length of the condo with sliding door access from both the Great Room and Master Bedroom, and features comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the incredible views. Gramma and the kids will enjoy the view of Dolphins, Pelicans, people ;-) and other wildlife.
Rainy day or relaxing at night: Use the free Splash WIFI to Login to your Netflix or Facebook account on any of the high definition/ flat screen TVs. Each TV has a Smart 3D blue ray player attached. We also maintain a small collection of DVDS for your enjoyment or you can rent DVDS from the vending machines on the premises.
With our owner managed unit there is no need to even stop at the Sterling front desk. Before you can begin using Splash amenities some one in your party will need to stop by the Splash HOA desk to turn in the provided registration form, pay a $20 fee and pick up parking passes and armbands for all in your party. The front door lock features a push-button combination lock that we will program with your unique entry code valid for your stay. No need for a physical key or magnetic card that can get lost in the sand! We can easily provide 1502W access to last-minute renters or guests who have lost their code by sending the codes via email or text message.
On site maintenance and security helps keep your vacation as trouble free as possible.

About Mark & Carol Wrinn
Mark is a former Cattle Rancher and retired US Army Aviator. Carol is a retired Systems Administrator. Even though we are retired, we still stay very busy. Our favorite pass time is being with our Grandchildren and keeping our Condos in tip top shape. When we saw the look on the children faces at Splash, we knew we found the perfect family get away. Splash is the perfect combination of fun and relaxation! The children can have fun at the on site water park and the parents can relax at the beach or on site cantina. In the words of our four year old grandson 'Splosh' is the funnest place in the world.
What makes this Condo unique
There really is no better place considering value, safety and fun than Splash 1502W. It is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with a unique water park on the premises feature. Entertaining resort amenities, a nicely decorated and well laid out floor plan make it a perfect place for familys. There is no need or reason to leave the resort grounds, but if desired, there are almost overwhelming entertainment opportunities both within walking distance and a short drive. One vacation at Splash 1502W, will not be enough.

Had a good time in Panama City. The condo was very clean and we had no issues. It was more than enough space for our family. There was enough information left for us that we really didn't have any questions. Place was quiet as well. Would stay again.
Perfect slice of Paradise!
We just stayed for a long weekend Thursday-Sunday. This condo has everything you could possibly need for a beach get-a-way... Even extra batteries. Very nice accommodations, décor, kitchen very well stocked. Towels for bathing, towels for the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, board games, puzzles, DVD's for kids and adults along with SMART TV's for Netflix, etc if weather is bad. Beautiful view of the ocean. Multiple pools some heated since it was a little chilly for the month of April. If you are a messy person this is not the place to stay. They have strict rules of how to maintain this condo so it continues to be a Paradise for future renters. We had no problems even with kids. We are used to covering things and putting up some of the really nice décor out of reach for little hands. We loved it and the kids were asking when can we come back as we loaded up. It was not a busy time so not sure how it would be in a high traffic time as far as waiting on elevators. Loved that Alvin's Island was right across the street and they provide a 10% discount. We even ordered food from the grill by the pool and it was tasty. Thank you to the owners!!!
Wonderful accommodations 1502 W
I had the privilege of staying in this unit for two months. It was a very relaxing stay. Loved every minute of it. The Wrinn's were easy to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen was well supplied. Beds very comfortable. The view from the balcony exceptional. I highly recommend this unit and working with the Wrinn's.
I'm looking forward to returning in the future.
The condo accommodated our family well. We had 3 adults and 4 kids and everyone had enough room. Super clean and beautiful view of the water from the balcony. We loved our stay here. Beach was fantastic and water was great.
This condo is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The layout was wonderful and spacious. If felt like home.
Great location. Super clean and functional! Loved the splash park for my kids. It’s quite a walk to the car but we didn’t leave much so it wasn’t a bother.

A refundable $300.00 security deposit is required. 50% (2 payment option) or for stays more than 6 months out (3 payment option) non refundable $500 deposit required at booking, 2nd payment 60 days out and must be paid in full 30 days prior to stay. 7 day minimum Saturday to Saturday required from last Saturday in May until 2nd Saturday in August. 3 day minimum at all other times.
