Beautiful & quiet

  • 4 of 5

Nice cabin that backs up to forest land. Furnishings, hot tub and deck are nice. The river is a few steps away from cabin & can be heard from bedroom--very soothing! However, if you want to use the Internet or your cell phone, it is very difficult and spotty. Plus, the manager, who goes by the name Goat, walked onto our private deck each morning to put chemicals in the hot tub without knocking or any advance notice. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent reviews but experience lackluster

  • 3 of 5

We were very excited to have booked this cabin 9 months ago based on the reviews. Recently management has changed and all the amazing reviews were no longer applicable. The cabin itself is beautiful, it was not however clean, was poorly stocked, and on-site managment was downright rude. There were greasy dishes, dirty floors, no trash bags, no heat on when we arrived (50 degrees) tiny towels, and we had to resupply our own firewood for the stove. We arrived early 3 hours due to weather issues...my husband was rudely told that we could not check in until 4 pm and that he was invading her personal residence. We completely understood and went to supply the cabin with our weeks reserves. We never saw the owners again...7 nights there and they never introduced themselves, checked on us or offered assistance. It's location is convenient to Wolf Creek skiing, but based,on the price was NOT the luxurious accmodations as previously reviewed. Small changes would make such a difference, beginning with owners who want to offer hospitality.

Alpine Accents Get Away

  • 5 of 5

We had the most amazing time on our honeymoon get away! The cabin was phenomenal and very clean. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed the fishing at Big Meadow reservoir. This is a must stay place and we will be back!

Alpine Accents Moose Cabin

  • 4 of 5

It is a great secluded area and you can hear the river from inside the cabin. It was nice and clean and we were checked on several times. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor area. It was great to have a washer and dryer. I was a little surprised at the $125 cleaning fee as we were asked to get most everything cleaned up before leaving - all that was left to do was vacuum, clean the bathrooms and put out new towels. I also wish there had been a few things to make the kitchen complete - salt, pepper, etc. At other cabins we always find the things you might forget from home. Also the mattress pad on the bed as very uncomfortable. We took it off so we could sleep without the crunching. All in all it was a very nice time and we loved the area.

Amazing Cabin with Amazing Management

  • 5 of 5

Coyote was a great choice for my family! As a Bride I picked Lobo Overlook and had a wonderful experience saying I DO on July 4th. I couldn't have this amazing opportunity without Justin and Jennifer. These two helped make our stay absolutely perfect. I cannot thank them enough for helping me with every detail from hair appts, flowers, a perfect spot for our cermony, they even took time to share in our day and take pictures with our cell phone even though we hired a wedding photographer. We had a perfect experience and will be back many times. The cabin and set up is also very relaxing and a place where any family can create lasting memories.

Perfect Colorado Getaway

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is spectacular. It is clean, romantic, and cozy. My wife and I came with another couple who are friends of ours and stayed for four nights while skiing at Wolf Creek. The hot tub each evening was the perfect respite from an exhausting day on the slopes. We kept the wood burning stove crackling every night thanks to the endless supply of wood. This cabin provided every amenity possible for our perfect Colorado getaway. We will be back!
