Upper Mowley is a bright and spacious house in a wonderful (and totally private) position with far reaching views on all sides. It is situated in the West of Herefordshire near the Welsh border. The house is surrounded by its own ancient rolling pasture land. The nearby farm buildings are no longer used for farming and there are now indoor games areas, including a full size indoor tennis court and table tennis room.

There is unbeatable walking with the Mortimer Trail (from Ludlow to Kington) and Offa's Dyke nearby. The Michelin starred pub in Titley, 'The Stagg Inn' is within walking distance. Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye, Kington (with its spectacular highest golf course in England) and several National Trust properties are all within easy reach of the house.

Ground floor: Drawing Room with wood-burning stove, second sitting room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with outside door leading to deck with table and with double doors to formal dining room with open log fire, cloakroom with WC, utility room, double bedroom (5' bed with en suite shower room and WC). Cellar: Storage, external access.

First floor: double bedroom with zip and link bed which can be converted to two 3' single beds on request, with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed (which can be converted to two 3' single beds on request) with en suite bathroom. Double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed which can be converted to two 3' beds on request plus dressing room with single bed and en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Double bedroom with two 3'3' cane beds which can be linked to form a large double on request. Bathroom with separate shower. Study (can be used for babies with travel cot).

Second floor: double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed which can be converted to two 3' single beds on request. Large twin bedroom with two 3' single beds both with full size pull out beds to sleep four guests, these beds can also be zip linked to also form a double bed. Bathroom.
