Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the four valleys Nendaz.

The lounge area with a wood burning stove and large windows lookout to beautiful ever changing views across the valley. The dining area is furnished with a modern table and seating for four people . Bedroom one has a double bed and wardrobe plus bedside table. Bedroom two has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table The bathroom is fully equipped with a high quality shower unit, WC and basin. There is a designated covered parking space immediately outside the main entrance door. Distance to gondola: 5 minute walk or free shuttle bus opposite apartment (bus journey time 2 minutes)

Nendaz is a wonderful location for both summer and winter. There is a wide range of activities throughout the seasons that will suit all ages and abilities. The region is the sunniest in Switzerland and it has experienced excellent snow conditions in recent years. Nendaz welcomes families and has excellent facilities within the village.

From the valley floor to the summit of Mont-Fort. Ancient villages, a picturesque mill and charming Chapels dot the country-side. Nendaz has its own culture and history.The local people are proud of their heritage and wonderful surroundings and welcome visitors to share in their local celebrations held both in the summer and winter seasons. Authentic products and regional dishes can be enjoyed in a number of excellent restaurants throughout the village along with the delicious wines from the region. There are also a number of lively bars.

Quality apartment in great location

The Apartment is in a great location an easy walk to the ski lift, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and finished to a high standard and everything works. This is a very comfortable option for 4 persons. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. The on site pool and underground parking are a great bonus.

Fabulous summer family vacation

It was our first trip to Switzerland and it was perfect. Thanks to the good personal support of the owners the whole stay went smoothly. Nendaz is amazing and the apartment is great! Such a wonderful view from the balcony, comfortable and lovely furniture, very clean and modern, really big and well appointed. Everything you need is only a few minutes away. Our children (4 and 7 years old) loved the pool and the sauna. It was a fantastic adventure holiday. We went hiking on mount Tracouet and discovered the "sentier panoramique". We visited Mont Fort (3330m) where the kids played in the snow. On the way up we saw about 20 marmots. The dam of Cleuson is also worth seeing. Every day the kids drove in the pumptrack (with their scooters and in-line skates) which is just next to the apartment. The playground is also right there. We played tennis at the tennis court (3 minutes walk). The bungee trampoline was also a highlight as well as the climbing tower and the archery. The castles of Sion are very impressive and you get a good wine of the region at the "château constellation". Our kids loved climbing the high rope courses (parc aventure) in Sion. So many possibilities... Every day the time flew by so fast! We have to come back!

Absolutely perfect first family ski holiday

This was our first holiday with our 2 children 2 years and 10 months old so I thoroughly researched child friendly ski resorts and Nendaz and this apartment did not disappoint! Firstly the accommodation was perfect - spotlessly clean, cosy, minutes from the slope and right infront of the apartment was a nursery slope/sledge run with a magic carpet tow to save my weary ski legs. The swimming pool was fantastic. We loved going there after being out in the snow all day. It was immaculate and really quiet when we were there.

We really enjoyed Nendaz for skiing. It was perfect for our mixed ability group and was really child friendly with a crèche 1 minute from the apartment and at the top of the main gondola there was a playgroup with lots of activities for children.

The apartment is very central - 5 mins to gondola, 3 mins to supermarket and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We didn't want to leave. In fact we had such a great holiday we are hoping to go back in the Summer as there is so much for a family who like the outdoors to do. The owners were so accommodating to my MANY queries and really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you again and can't wait to return.

Wonderful holiday apartment

We spent a super holiday in this extremely well furnished cosy flat. Everything is there to have a relaxed and comfortable stay. Very well situated, only 5 minutes walk away from shops, restaurants and Tracouet (ski lift from where you can directly join Siviez) We know Nendaz very well, have being going there for many years and will certainly come back to this charming property. A Perfect Holiday Apartment

This was our second visit to this beautiful, stylish apartment, and again we had the most amazing holiday. Having enjoyed ourselves so much when we stayed here for a week 3 years ago, this time we decided to come for 2 weeks, and we are very glad we did. Myself, my wife and our 2 girls (14 & 12) thoroughly enjoyed it.

The apartment is immaculate, as is the entire block, and is fully equipped with everything you need. We had lots of communication with Denis & Marion before we arrived, and as ever they were extremely helpful and friendly.

The apartment still feels like new, is laid out very well, and with plenty of space for a family of 4. The views of the mountains from every room are out of this world, and the balcony is a lovely place to sit and relax at any time of day.

The swimming pool is fantastic, always spotlessly clean, and the sauna is amazing.


All of the Bisse walks are beautiful, never steep, varied, and with the constant sound of water and beautiful flowers everywhere. Our favourites are probably the Bisse du Mileu, Bisse Vieux and Bisse de Saxon (a steep walk to get to it though!)

Walking up the Dent de Nendaz is a must. Hard but worth it. If you are feeling particularly energetic you could walk up or down to Tracouet as well instead of taking the cable car.

The Barrage du Cleuson is spectacular and well worth a visit. We drove to Siviez, took the chairlift to Combatseline and then walked to the Dam and back down to Siviez, but there are other routes.


Our favourite is definitely the Trattoria Dei Savi, just the other side of the Coop. Friendly, good value, and the best pizza I've had in years. Also excellent is Taverne de l'Alpee, near the Tourist Office on the Route de la Telecabine.


Both the Coop and Migros have everything you need, but are quite expensive. Lidl in Conthey is only a 25 minute drive away, and is much better value.

The open air swimming pool is lovely, and only a 2 minute walk away. Any walks you do will be good, even just going to the Antennae! There are cows and a stream on the way.

Martigny is a lovely town, only about 40 minutes away, with a great Art Gallery. There is a market there on a Thursday, although the market in Sion on Friday is bigger and better, definitely worth a visit.

All in all an absolutely fantastic holiday in a lovely apartment in the most beautiful place. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Denis & Marion.

Ski Holiday - February 2016

Very nice family apartment with lots of space. The apartment/buiding looked like new. Nice view at the mountains from inside. We had a nice skiing week with lots of snow. (+Covered car parking)

The property was very clean, and well managed. We had a very good and nice communication with the owners while booking.

For apres ski we can advice "Cheersbar" en for quality food our Dutch friend Ono at Restaurant "Les Etagnes"

Nendaz is 150km from Geneva airport and is situated at the heart of Switzerland's largest ski region, the 4 valleys. It is a snow lovers paradise with more than 400km of slopes and easy access to nearby Verbier. The resort has an excellent snow record. It is a rare blend of family friendly slopes, spectacular scenery, challenging runs and off piste skiing. Nendaz is also a great summer location for walkers, climbers, mountain biking, tennis and paragliding. The ancient bisses, which are flowing irrigation channels, enable walkers of every ability the opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery. The village offers a charming selection of shops, bars and restaurants with a large variety of both local and international cuisine. Sporting facilities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, beach volley ball, climbing towers, archery, ice hockey, netball and five aside football pitch. A children's play area and sports centre are next to the apartment.

Golf: The Golf Club in Sion is only 20 minutes by car from Nendaz. Located in the heart of the Rhone valley which enjoys a sunny and warm climate. The Club organises initiation courses for beginners and guests staying in Nendaz are able to buy their green fees at the local tourist office in the village.

Ski: Nendaz is in the middle of the extensive 4 valleys ski area, which includes Verbier, Siviez, Thyon and Yeysonnaz. The area offers excellent skiing for all levels. The Tracouet lift is just a few minutes walk and there are a number of well established ski schools. The lifts at SIviez are only 15 minutes away and enable access for skiing to Verbier. There are a number of information leaflets in the apartment regarding the extensive ski range within the Valais. The tourist information office also offers daily updates regarding snow conditions.
