It has a covered front porch that is perfect for anytime of the day. The 2 story design means that you have no one above or below to disturb you. We recently purchased this unit from an owner who used it as a second home. We use the unit frequently and therefore the furnishings are updated and replenished regularly.

This unit is located In Fox Point at the hub of activilty in the Kimball Junction area of Park City called Redstone Village. The village is just south of Interstate 80 (the road to Salt Lake City) and east of Hwy 224 (the road to Old Historic Park City). Redstone Village is one of the newest mixed use 'life style' centers in the valley. The Fox Point Condominiums are on the south side of Redstone Village and it is just a short walk to shopping, entertainment venues and hotel accommodations. It is also just minutes from 3 world class ski resorts, the Utah Olympic Park, and Park City's Historic Main Street. Our unit is situated on the south most side of the development and abuts the beautiful Swaner Natural Wildlife Preserve which provides a permanent unobstructed view to the Wasatch Mountains and Olympic Park.

Spacious, Clean, Comfortable!
We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was comfortable and spacious and supplied with everything we needed during our stay and then some! Having the garage was an appreciated bonus! Shuttles are in the area, but we never had the need to use them. The location has everything close by and convenient regarding shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would love to stay here again if visiting Park City in the future!

Would definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable. It was a great house, comfortable, spacious, in very good condition. Location is excellent, esp. if you are skiing at Canyons. It's adjacent to a huge shopping plaza with lots of shops and restaurants. Whole Foods is a 2 minute drive. The State liquor store is a 3 minute drive. Walmart and another grocery store are also very close by.
Master bedroom is huge. Second bedroom has a full bed plus a twin bunk. Technically, there is also a trundle where you can sleep an add'l 1-2 people but i wouldn't really count on using the trundle. There is literally no floor space if you pull the trundle out. There is a sofa bed in the living room downstairs that can sleep another 1-2 people. It has 2.5 bathrooms which are all nice and clean. The kitchen is pretty big and open. Great for a family or group of friends.
The owner, Steve, was great to work with. He is very friendly and accommodating. He has a dedicated email account for renting out the property. He doesn't check it every day, so if it takes 1-2 days to hear back from him, don't worry. Be patient - he will get back to you.
