About Rebecca Rodriguez

We are two joyful ladies who have fallen in love with our precious adobe home in Santa Fe....and we feel you will too. We live much of the time in California, but our dear friends manage our unit with lots of attention & customer service.

Rebecca Rodriguez purchased this house in 2012

Why Rebecca Rodriguez chose Santa Fe

One of the few authentic 1935 adobes available within a short distance to everything! What a surprise when you walk in the door with the vigas & latillas, thick adobe walls, skylights, and oversized bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

What makes this house unique

All one level, 2 off street parking spaces, tranquil private patio and jumbo size kitchen & dining room with bar unbelievable price for a 1935 home!

Great historic quiet street.

Lovely, quiet, convenient Santa Fe gem

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our October stay in Santa Fe, with Rebecca Rodriguez' property being perfect for two couples wanting to be close to all the things that make old Santa Fe so special. The house was well equipped and very comfortable, with very nice décor. About a 10-12 minute walk to the plaza, 15 minutes to Canyon Rd art galleries, scores of great places to eat nearby. One of our favorite places to eat required a 10 minute car ride, but the Jambo Café is well worth the trip! Great African and Caribbean inspired food!

A lovely condo. The location was great for walking into town. Everything was immaculate and convenient. In a very cozy, quiet neighborhood. Several very good restaurants/ bakeries near by We would recommend this listing.

Charming spacious comfortable rental!

  • 4 of 5

This rental has plenty of space and is charming in style. Truly a Santa Fe memory. The spacious kitchen allows for room to move around, seems well stocked with cookware and the counter lighting is great! The master bedroom is good but the lighting a bit dim for seeing into the closet. We got used to the firm bed just after one night although it seemed a bit too firm at first. The street is quiet so there was no noise to disturb us. The master bath is spacious although the fan goes on with the lighting and is very noisy. Just irritating but not something that disturbed our stay. The bath towels could be updated, softer and larger and more of them. Plenty of smaller wash cloths were available.

All in all I would definitely stay again at this lovely Santa Fe in town rental. Convenient to the center of town and parking spaces very useful.

A Conscientious VRBO Host

  • 5 of 5

Great location on a quiet street off Paseo de Peralta, just 2 blocks to the Railyard and Farmers' Market, Historic Downtown Santa Fe and the State Roundhouse. 20 minutes to Santa Fe Opera. The house is immaculate and comfortably furnished. We appreciated the serenity of the neighborhood, right off a major crossroads. Perfectly suitable for our week's visit to attend the Santa Fe Opera's Summer 2016 Series.

Great location, comfortable beds

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this little casita. It had a King sized very comfortable bed for us and separate single beds for our kids, so it was ideal for our family. The house was cute, clean and the A/C worked well. It seemed a little dark when we first went in, but once we opened the curtains it was great. The little patio area was perfect for locking up our bikes. We will stay here again.

Great little oasis in Santa Fe

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed for five very hot days in June in Santa Fe in the adobe house on Gomez. It was a perfect spot for the two of us. The location is great, right near the Railyard area and about a fifteen minute walk from the Plaza. Whole Foods was just a few blocks away. The house is very quiet and most importantly for us had great quiet a/c! The house sleeps six but there wouldn't be enough seating if six people were there and the second bathroom is extremely small even though it has a large shower. It's an older home and has some quirks of squeaky floors and an older style bathroom, not a glamorous high style spot but it was comfortable and well equipped. It's location is its biggest asset. Two blocks from the wonderful Restaurant Martín, a must try in Santa Fe. The patio for the house is lovely but it was too hot for us to enjoy it during the heat wave that came through. We would stay at the Gomez house again.
